"If I could give this home more than five stars, I absolutely would!We stayed here with our family of 10, and from the moment we arrived, we knew we had made the right choice. The home was absolutely perfect for a group our size. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and be comfortable, while still having wonderful spaces where all 10 of us could gather together. And the amenities! Every time we thought, “I wonder if they have…,” the answer seemed to be YES. The owners truly thought of everything.The location was fantastic and gave us the perfect home base for our Puerto Rico vacation. We were able to spend our days exploring this beautiful island and then come back to a home that genuinely felt like our own little piece of paradise. The house itself was beautiful, comfortable, incredibly well equipped, and even better than we had hoped.But as wonderful as the home and location were, what really made this stay exceptional were the owners. They were simply AMAZING. From the very beginning, they were gracious, welcoming, responsive, accommodating, and incredibly easy to work with. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests and want the families staying in their home to have an incredible experience. That kind of hospitality is something you don’t always find, and it made an already wonderful vacation that much more special.We came to Puerto Rico hoping to make memories with our family, and this home became such a wonderful part of those memories."

"Beautiful and spacious home; our first visit to PR and we wanted to stay forever! Manny met us at the property & had wonderful suggestions for everything from grocery stores to surfing lesson spots. The amenities at this private property were generous and everything worked as expected. Our group of 4 included myself and 2 adult children and our son’s girlfriend. The pool was so relaxing & the quiet beach was just steps away. We can’t wait to come here again!"

"We absolutely fell in love with the island, but what made our stay especially memorable were all the thoughtful little touches. When we arrived, they surprised us with a bottle of wine and balloons in our room for my birthday, which was such a sweet welcome. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive throughout our entire stay. There are a few areas of the property currently under construction, as noted, but it did not take away from our experience at all. We visited toward the tail end of the busy season, and it was absolutely divine andpeaceful, relaxing, and exactly what we were hoping for. We also loved that the main pool is open 24 hours! Overall, we loved everything about our stay, especially the beautiful property, warm hospitality, and wonderful staff. We would absolutely return."

"Absolutely wonderful stay! The beach views were beautiful albeit not being able to enjoy the waters due to rough conditions and rip tides - perhaps good for surfers? The staff was helpful and available. The room was HUGE - essentially an apartment! We hope to return again in the near future! 15/10 experience!"

"Our host, Luis was amazing! He communicated with us very well and even met us in person on the day of our arrival! There were concerns with some power outages so he had even booked us a different Villa to stay in just in case we needed it… This did not end up being the case, but his efforts to make sure that we had a comfortable stay were top-notch! The location was fantastic, as we were attending a wedding at the Wyndham resort on the same property. We enjoyed the beach there as well as Luquillo Beach, just a few miles down the road. The property was beautiful and clean, and served our purposes for our five day stay perfectly. We felt very safe with the 24 hour guard gate, as well as having our own remote control for the second set of gates, leading into the villas in cluster one. I highly recommend this host and his property!"

"If you’re looking for an adventure and your own little piece of the Yunque rainforest this is the spot. There are feral cats that will go away if you don’t feed them and 2 house dogs that are super sweet. The host Hector lives upstairs but never bothered us. The pool was refreshing and the sounds of the night are amazing to fall asleep to. Thank you for sharing your home."

"The house is welcoming and nicely decorated and stocked. Everything was clean and neat. The balcony’s and deck are great outdoor spaces. It’s perfect for a big family or group of friends. It has 5 bedrooms 4 of which have queen beds and one has bunks. It is located in a community with Coco beach about 10 minutes away drive/walk/golf cart. Coco beach is very private and calm and shallow. House has beach chairs and towels and laundry. Note there is no dishwasher."

"We had an amazing stay! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location. Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish, making everything smooth and stress-free. We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely stay again.
