If traveling with family avoid this place!
Even if you wake up at 6am there is not a single chair available close to the pool, all taken by 'towels'. Very disrespectful guests, do not recommend especially if traveling with family.

Overall we would only give this property 3 stars. Service was good but food was only mediocre. Also resort was advertised as having four resturants but nowhere did it say the in the all inclusive package you were only allowed acess to one resturant without additional charge. Been to several all inclusive resorts in the past years and this was a first for us. Very disappointed in the false info.

Staff tried their best to accommodate us. They should be commended. Specialty restaurants’ food quality needed to be improved.Quality of food and desserts could be improved. No variety between Sheraton Room and buffet food. Shower leaked.

of course you hotel need more wheelchairs. Valentino the waiter need take some classes how to please the guest and dont be so rude and change the closing time in the bar to serving the coctels in early hours. Some staff was to serious, no smile at all. Fix some issues in the room. Please dont let this resort fall in part. Thank you.

Only the beach was nice, but no umbrellas or chairs where to relax, food was low quality, service poor, pool was dirty, old property. Not coming back for sure.

The respond from the staff is terrible, my husband slip and fall on a very wet floor no signs of wet floor anywhere, a told the front desk what happened but no reaction at all no one even came to see if my husband was ok, no manager no one

The beach and ocean swimming was fabulous. We walked 50 minutes in one direction one day and 50 minutes in the other direction the next. It looks like we would still be able to walk 50 more. Staff is pleasant and helpful but English is just as limited as my Spanish.

Horrible hotel - nice beach and pool
Hotel and rooms outdated and dirty. Bathroom and window curtains were filthy. The view from window on beach and pool was nice (once we complained and got the room we paid for) but overall hotel is more like motel and dirty. Food was gross and service very slow and bad. Would not recommend for the price. beach and pool were nice though

Great location and lovely staff. Beach is great for kids and relaxing. Super long lines in restaurant, lacks organization to handle the crowds, but food is ok. Rooms need renovation and more structure at the beach as they only have 6 parasols for 500 guests.

Este hotel a decaído enormemente. Lo único rescatable es el área de la piscina. Para comer arroz con poroto o lenteja con carne o pollo guizado me quedo en mi casa. Menú muy pobre. La atención del personal es buena. La habitación muy húmeda y no dan opción a bajar o subir la temperatura del aire acondicionado, o lo mantienes prendido o lo apagas. Alquilamos 2 habitaciones con muchos detalles, sobre todo en los baños, el hotel debería prestar más atención en el mantenimiento. Le doy 2 de 10... Ni regreso y no se lo recomiendo a nadie. La relación calidad /precio no es muy buena

The manager needs to explain to the wealthy Panamanians who own villas next door that we, the guests at Sheraton do not appreciate being nearly knocked over by their inebriated, obnoxious, underaged children driving 4X4 vehicles. These vehicles create both noise and atmospheric pollution and should be banned altogether. Also, I was stung by a jelly fish and there was no first aid kit at the reception area, the lifeguard only had NSAIDS (which I am allergic to) and neither the paramedic nor the doctor were ever on duty to treat my ensuing asthma attack and skin allergy. Finally, I found some of the staff to be surly and lacking in customer service training. The “Baywatch” lifeguards were busy doing their training at 7 am and banned me from using the beach. I had to walk outside of the property to swim at my own risk. This should not be if I am paying for my vacation. Towels were not available until 8:30 am and the Japanese restaurant now charges $10 per head (it was free before). The Bijao villas where the wealthy, obnoxious Panamanians live is a noisy ghetto. We had a “garden view” room and couldn’t even open our balcony door to get fresh air because of the noise from that place. Simply awful. I booked here because I needed to rest. It is a small resort and supposedly quieter than Playa Blanca, Decameron and the Riu but we will have to think twice before booking here again unless some serious improvements are made. Management needs to step up and do something.

Amazing resort for both, relaxation and for having fun. Great service from guys on reception (Luis and Linet) and awesome Animation team (Hugo, Alberto and Arthur) they all go above and beyond. Delicious food, comfortable bad, good bar staff. All together amazing vacation experience.

They said the pop machines were always under maintenance. After 10 o’clock there is no food available unless you pay. The bathrooms were not clean. My only good comment is the food is pretty good and the bartenders are really nice.

front desk excellent...rooms need more detail in cleaning ,no tisuses,no hand towel or small towels. Food quality has gone down, no beef i.e. steaks, shrimp. Breakfast cooks would not make anything but scramble eggs..no whole ,over easy or fried eggs. They need additional training on customer service. Terrible annoying black birds,,eating off plates....staff very unconcerned. Property has gone down...I hope Marriott improves it,,because I have enjoyed the service and accomodations at all the ones I have stayed at in Panama.

The staff very friendly and great customer service, only thing that I would Luke to see in my next trip is more beer variety, and have the hotel more funds to change big bills. Overall it was a great time !! Can’t wait to come back
