Very Noisy Hotel

Dogs were barking after 10pm 2 out of 3 nights we were there. It seemed like there was very little noise insulation from people in rooms to both sides and above us so we were forced to use the TV as white noise to be able to sleep. The ice maker was out of service for several days before we arrived (according to front desk staff) and the ice machine wasn't even in the building while we were there. The ice trays we were told to use in the room had a gross white film on them, so we refused to use them due to the seemingly unsanitary conditions. Several items were gone when we checked the breakfast room around 7:30am every morning - for example no cream for the coffee, no cups for coffee, etc. The picture for the breakfast bar on the website and on Expedia shows muffins as part of the breakfast bar. No muffins were ever there - only packages of oatmeal and granola bars. Also, the sink in the breakfast bar doesn't connect to any plumbing, so there was a sign not to use it with dirty dishes sitting in the sink. There was a very strange smell coming from a room a couple of doors from us. We will not stay there again.

First time recliner

We had to drop off our Honda at Perfection Honda in Albq and decided to stay very close at the extended stay. Staff very friendly and my husband was thrilled the room had a recliner!😊. Very clean and exactly as represented.

Highly recommend

Facilities were really clean, staff was friendly and attentive. The price was great too. I will definitely stay at this particular Extended Stay again.

Not the best

Pros: Location
Cons: An overall cleaning.
Location: We were visiting relatives so it was convenient to visit them.
Room had an odor! We used room spray whenever we entered. Room was not very clean. Dust on ledges and pictures. The day we checked out there was no one around. We waited a few minutes. Woman came out from side office buttoning up her shirt! Breakfast room was not very clean so we didn't eat there either morning.

It was a nice hotel very roomy felt like being at home BIT the hallways had an off smell the room smelled like cologne the ice machine was down and the kids swam n the dark because the outside pool lighting was broken but it didnt faze them to much.

Excellent staff & customer service! Room very nice! Bathroom standard - met our needs. Room was quiet. Pool small, but clean & well taken care of.

So Disappointed

I booked a hotel in my city and this is silly but I was looking for a fridge in my room and free breakfast. When I arrived at the hotel the front desk person informed me that they were completely booked. I called the customer service line and was put on hold while they verified it was actually booked. They put me on hold while they tried to find a room. They said they found an upgraded room for me at a hotel 15 minutes away in another city. We said yes so the night wasn't ruined. When we arrived at the new hotel the front desk said that there was nothing in the system and it takes 20-30 minutes to download in the system- even though the representative said she just spoke to him. We went to find a drive thru to waste 30 minutes. When we got back- now almost 1 am and soooo tired the hotel let us know the reservation still hadn't arrived. When I called back I was informed that this hotel was booked through Expedia.com and they couldn't help me. I said you booked it I called hotels.com. They put me on a very long hold and had to fax over info that the reservation was real. After 1am we got checked in and when we arrived in our room we had no Refrigerator for our food and drinks and the tv would not work. We called the front and we're advised it would cost $15 to get a fridge. The next morning we woke up ready for breakfast only to find that the sad buffet was $8. The icing on the cake. Terrible experience not the customer service but hotels.com service.
