Awful

Upon arriving, I called to change the name of who would be checking in to the room and the front desk lady assured me everything my reservation was good for a deluxe studio and she had changed the name in the reservation. When we arrived, we were told they sold out of the rooms I had reserved two weeks prior and gave us to smaller rooms. Also, when checking in I changed the payment method but the old payment method was still charged. Rooms where tiny and we had to be separated.

Forgot to Clean Bathroom

So I initially thought this was a pretty good deal. A little kitchen, sitting area - plenty of room for family of four. The bathroom sink had a dark hair in it and the mirror hadn’t been cleaned. I still thought, it’s okay. Then I got in the bathtub and was at a different eye level. OMG. There was blood or stool remnants streaming down the toilet on the underside where you wouldn’t initially see it. GROSS

Conveniently Located

Pros: It was conveniently located for our trip. Close to the shopping and dining options just down the hill, and in Rio Rancho where we needed to be.
Location: There is shopping and dining close by just down the hill in Albuquerque.
Our check-in was quick and easy. Our room was as expected. This time our suite included a door between the sitting room and bedroom, which was nice. We have stayed before and not had that. The room was clean. The staff was responsive. I always forget I have to request items for the kitchen, but they were brought promptly. Basic internet was a little slow, but I find it annoying that I have to pay extra for normal internet speeds, so we live with it. The free breakfast was coffee, granola bars and prepackaged muffins, so if you're a breakfast eater, do plan on eating at one of the area breakfast restaurants. They were apparently cleaning hallway carpets there, starting at 8 on Saturday morning, which was a bit noisy for a weekend. There was also no hair dryer, which I didn't know until I needed it, at which point going to get one from the front desk was not really a viable option.

Room 208

Microwave was dirty. Bath towels need to be replaced. Lamps on each side of the bed would not turn on. Unable to control my room temp. With that said, the price was good and the staff was great!

Nice hotel, close to the mall

My hotel stay was excellent, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Very Noisy Hotel

Dogs were barking after 10pm 2 out of 3 nights we were there. It seemed like there was very little noise insulation from people in rooms to both sides and above us so we were forced to use the TV as white noise to be able to sleep. The ice maker was out of service for several days before we arrived (according to front desk staff) and the ice machine wasn't even in the building while we were there. The ice trays we were told to use in the room had a gross white film on them, so we refused to use them due to the seemingly unsanitary conditions. Several items were gone when we checked the breakfast room around 7:30am every morning - for example no cream for the coffee, no cups for coffee, etc. The picture for the breakfast bar on the website and on Expedia shows muffins as part of the breakfast bar. No muffins were ever there - only packages of oatmeal and granola bars. Also, the sink in the breakfast bar doesn't connect to any plumbing, so there was a sign not to use it with dirty dishes sitting in the sink. There was a very strange smell coming from a room a couple of doors from us. We will not stay there again.

Blood stains, Urine stains and Tater Tots

If you like blood and urine stains on your bed mattress and tater tots under the coach, this is the place for you. Bring your own ice unless you are staying longer than overnight. No ice to be had. Front desk staff appears from a back room after timing the bell and calling out numerous times. Hotel and room stunk. Manager offered a gift certificate for another stay at one of their properties which is nice but does not change the experience we had.

Lousy...

The room smelled like someone died in it. The two chairs by dining table looked like that they had not been cleaned for years and had stains like someon peed on them. Floor was not moped.i was bitten by spiders, killed two of the.
