“总体来说这是一家不错的家庭旅馆，老板员工比较客气，但是我们入住时遇到了小小的不愉快，我们预订了2间双人间及1间三人间各2天，结果到达时酒店说网站只预订了各一间，另外一间只能安排到其他宾馆，电话30多分钟与网站沟通的结果依然如此，不知道是网站的原因还是酒店的原因。”

“酒店位於Lauterbrunnen站附近，坐火車停站前已經可以望到。走路大約5-10分鐘路程,有斜路、樓梯，但也算輕鬆。酒店職員友善，英文不錯！我的是山景房間，雪景很美。旁邊是到Mürren 的cable car ，上到去可以看到007的取景場地雪朗峰。雖然旁邊是纜車站，但噪音也不大，關了窗就沒有聲音。”

“工作人员很热情，根据天气情况帮我们推荐参观的路线，晚餐25瑞士法郎，12-15岁的孩子18瑞士法郎，超值的，早餐也挺丰富。虽然是木屋，晚上很安静，酒店饲养的小兔子一家也很可爱，退房后帮我们付款租了一辆出租车送到站台，免了我们推行李上坡的问题，下次到少女峰地区还会选择这家酒店。酒店提供桌上足球和乒乓球，还有免费的咖啡，茶水，小吃，为住客考虑得很周到。”

"Stayed in this hotel for four nights. Except for the lack of air conditioning, dim bathroom lighting, and unstable shower water pressure, the hotel gave us a high floor and we could see the Eiger. The breakfast was rich and everything else was very good. The hotel is located in the city center. There is a supermarket and bus station downstairs. It is close to the train station. The hotel also provides free bus transportation cards, which makes travel more convenient. Nearby attractions include First and Fantasy Mountain Wave. Other places can be transferred to trains or cable cars to Jungfrau, Mannlichen, Wengen, and Lauterbrunnen. I will stay here again next time. "
