"First room smelled like cat pee. Very strong odor. Second room never heated up after running the heater on high for hours. No shampoo, dryer, fridge. No frills I can deal with. No heat, not acceptable."

"I left this stay with a very bad taste in my mouth. Breakfast was consistently terrible—eggs were undercooked, the French toast was inedible, and the orange juice tasted like watered-down concentrate. On the second day, my mom tried the omelets and they were also undercooked, which made it clear this wasn’t a one-off issue. The room itself was disappointing. I even noticed a few carpet beetles, which I chose not to escalate at the time, but it certainly added to the discomfort. On top of that, I was overcharged—the price I booked through Expedia did not match the final bill from the hotel, which is unacceptable. The check-in experience was also unpleasant. Staff were visibly frustrated when I declined a king bed and requested the double queen I had specifically booked. That kind of attitude is not what I expect, especially from a Hilton property. Overall, this was the worst Embassy Suites experience I’ve had—and that says a lot given the expectations for a location in the Seattle/Bellevue area. I’ve stayed at many Hilton hotels before, and this one fell far below standard in nearly every way."

"When we checked in, the women working the front desk made us feel very welcomed and were fun to talk to. The bed was extremely comfortable. The room was clean and well stocked. The only slightly annoying thing is that we were over one of their event room with a party playing very loud music until very late. Luckily, we had to leave for an event at 10pm, so it didn't disrupt our sleep. However, I see how it could be a problem for someone needing to be asleep after 9pm. "
