Nice Hotel, Great Price

The Best Western in Corona was super clean, had extremely nice office staff and housekeepers, and by far the best continental breakfast we've had! We were within 15 minutes of the funeral we attended and plenty of restaurants, so options were readily available! I'd stay here again for sure!

Dirty hotel in a beautiful area

Pros: NOTHING
Cons: EVERYTHING
Location: Nothing around but a gas station, old restaurant, other small motels.
Arrived after midnight, had to check in through the little window in freezing temperatures. Room was very cold, heater took time and made lots of noise to start. floors were very dirty so had to walk around with my pyjamas wearing my shoes. bed was OK and pillow not bad. breakfast had a lot of plastic wrapped foods that you can buy form the local store. very tiney shampoo and soap. Lots of towels. Overpriced for the condition that it is in.

Helpful staff, Non smoking room smelled a bit like a smoking room, room need a bit refreshing (carpet and equipment), room was clean and fairly comfortable. Breakfast was ok.

No hospitality at all.

They called me to say that I had left one of my phones. When I got back I realized that one of my salad dressings had burst iin the truck of my car. It was a mess. I'm handicapped and the staff just walked by me without a word. They didn't ask if l needed help or offer a rag, nothing. What happened to hospitality. I was in a large amount of pain and still am.

No hot tub that worked. Hear other guest in there room and hearing them walking around. Hard when the kids upstairs were playing ! Very loud!
