I really like this little motel. This was my 3rd visit. It's easy to get to, but quiet. The rooms have lots of little extras like a makeup mirror, a cedar closet with iron and board, a shaving mirror in the shower over tub, a pull-out shelf on the desk, personal care supplies in case you forgot, and a hair dryer. The bathroom has a night light and the bed was really comfortable. There is a gas fireplace also which makes for a cozy evening in during the winter. The carpet in my room needed repair or replacement, but with the listed amenities, a decent complimentary breakfast, and a chocolate chip cookie on check-in, this place overall is a winner.

Adorable little gem! It was a little oasis, in the middle of busy streets and a bustling town. We loved hanging in the well-maintained pool, while listening to the birds and to classical music over hotel speakers. Clean and decent rooms, friendly staff, surprisingly good breakfast with hot choices (eggs, bacon and sausage).

Perfect for my 2 night stay. I loved the electric fireplace with the faux flames at the foot of the bed. I’d stay here again. Breakfast was ehhh. But can’t complain when it’s free. Easy other options that’s walking distance if I cared THAT MUCH. But aside from breakfast, I thought it was great.

We checked in late and the lady that helped us did an awesome job and was very friendly. They do everything through the window after certain time for safety reasons, so that was really surprising as it is Redlands. The room condition is in dire need of renovation. Continental breakfast, if you can call it breakfast at all, was terrible. It’s located in the room 10 x 10’ for some reason had a very unpleasant smell. I question the quality of food as it was not heated properly and lookers terrible. After requesting spoons for our yogurt we were told that they had only forks. Kind of weird. We ended up not having anything except for yogurt and an apple that we took to go. Kind of disappointing, in fact they should just not do breakfast at all and concentrate on the quality of the rooms.

I had a horrible time booking this hotel. I used Agoda.com to book initially. Made sure I made the reservation for tonight! Because I have an event for tonight. I leave tomorrow. And when I got to the desk to check in, she said the room I got was for tomorrow. And when I simply went to change dates. It wouldn't let me. So I had to get a room so I went with expedia.com not because I wanted to, but out of necessity. The price was much higher than my original booking. But I needed a room and if Expedia can price match my original room rate! Of $91.74 total. Then, I will stay using their service and recommend using them even tho they aren't the lowest priced. The website is solid and won't somehow change dates and leave you in a big pickle! Because I input the information 1 time. Checked it twice. And I know the other site just tried to scam me. Because Expedia went through with no problems whatsoever! Thank you!

Called ahead to make sure the jacuzzi was working. The jacuzzi was the only reason we chose this property over order, more conveniently located properties. I’ve been having an issue with my shoulder so was wanting a location where I could soak in the jacuzzi to relieve some of the shoulder pain. When I checked in just 4 hours after I called I was informed the jacuzzi was broken and they didn’t have a maintenance person there to fix it. When I tried to get a discount through Expedia they informed me after speaking to the hotel staff person all they could offer was their apologies. Very disappointed at the service. When I got in the room with my two very small children the room was freezing, I realized the window had been left open (it’s January and currently cold and raining). I had to crank up the heat for a while to warm the room up for my kiddos.
