Cable was awful, kept glitching out and losing connection. Hot tub was not warmed up, just as cold as the pool. Rooms were clean enough but toilet barely flushed and some things were just dingey. They also came in to clean our room day of check out at 8am even though check out wasn’t until 10/11 and we had not checked out.

Why would Wyndham put their name on this property? Guess the club music pounding throughout the night, shaking the building was not the property’s fault but the “breakfast” is terrible and no way should have paid $184 for the night.

There are people living there making it pretty run down. Wasn't much for a breakfast either. Rooms were clean.

The front desk wasn't helpful with information. The key cards had to be reactivated twice during a 3 day stay. Housekeeping brought towels only. The bathroom wasn't cleaned, the carpet wasn't vacuumed and the bed wasn't made during my stay.

If you don’t Olán in staying inside all day it might be ok, old furniture, no stopper for bath tube, spider, limited towels and blankets even with kids, breakfast also extremely small, only hot option was toast.

The hotel was quiet and the staff was pleasant. The hotel needs some upgrades especially on the stairs leading up to the rooms on the second floor. The bathroom needs some extra scrub especially around the toilet and bathroom.

There were wires hanging from the ceiling where the smoke detectors was supposed to be. I alerted the front desk and was told a manager would come by my room…no one did.

The staff was very welcoming and friendly and the breakfast buffet was surprisingly good. I loved how quiet and comfortable the hotel was. The rooms were big and the bed was comfortable. I would definitely stay again if I were staying in the Oceanside or Carlsbad area.

The old adage. You get what you pay for, Very noisy right next to the freeway, second floor is right at freeway level. Room and bathroom could be cleaner with a little effort. No continental breakfast as listed, only coffee and hot water. The staff was very helpful. As I was coming from out of the country. I had amazon items sent there, items I can not get in my country. Hey stored them until I arrived

The sink had a crack in the middle and the bathtub valve is old and needs a replacement. It does not hold water and I couldn't take a hot bath because water keeps leaking. TV programs suck, they only show old movies. Other than that everything else was good.

I regret to inform you that during my recent stay at the hotel, I experienced multiple issues which compromised the quality of my experience. Despite the hotel's claim of offering breakfast, I was disappointed to find that the breakfast machine was out of order for the first two days of my stay. Additionally, the sink in my bathroom was visibly cracked, the TV and air conditioning unit were non-functional, and on the day of my departure, I encountered an unpleasant situation while attempting to avail myself of the offered breakfast. To my dismay, the breakfast options provided included oatmeal without any available bowls, as well as expired yogurts and other food items. It is crucial to emphasize that such unsanitary practices not only pose health risks but also infringe upon the safety of guests. I am hopeful that these concerns will be addressed promptly to prevent future guests from encountering similar inconveniences. It is imperative that the hotel takes immediate action to rectify these issues and ensure that its advertised amenities are indeed operational and safe for the guests' use.
