Close to places

Nice for a one night stay. Staff was nice and its close to shopping and fast food places. Nice tv with all cable channels and it even had a mini fridge in the room

Disgusting, Unsanitary, and Loud

This hotel looked good online, but upon check in the room was so gross, this is my first bad review for a room and i don't know where to start! We walked in the bed was not made, I called the front desk they called someone to come make it, keep in mind they didn't change the bedding! The maids leave, go to the restroom there were boogers on the wall! Went out of the room to call and I needed to plug my phone in to charge the amount of dust on the outlet was disgusting. Paint chipping off the wall, the carpet was so old and felt almost sticky when walking on it, I call to see if I could get a different room because this room has been improperly cleaned, the lady at the front desk told me there were none available unless I wanted to pay the price of another room. To top it off, my car was keyed, it's right across from stores etc where crack heads solicit and ask you for money. Terrible stay, do not reccomend and will not be returning, they need to tear that place down.

Nice stay

Pros: Location was near lots of food choices.
Cons: None
Location: Location seemed like a very active and noisy area, but it was fine for the one night stay
The Welcome Inn was comfortable, the staff was courteous and friendly. Staff extended our checkout and provided an iron and ironing board. Would go back if ever in the area again

Would not recommend!

The room was very dirty (shower curtain stained, mold, mold on lamps). I don't usually ask for maid service, just ask for towels and things but the 2 days we did put the sign on the door nothing was done. I finally asked in person and it was done. We stayed a total of 11 days. It was very loud. Not sure if just the area we were in or that particular time but we constantly heard banging on the walls (and I sleep with earphones, one night actually got up to make sure no one was outside our door). The internet was good.

So sorry for misunderstanding of you wanting/not wanting room service. For those people who deny room service everyday are given room service upon personal request. As far as the noise, If you had called the office to complain then we would have taken care of it.
