OLD and DIRTY so DIRTY an hotel just good for a night only with your eyes closed to do not see how dirty is the moquette ,they have a little balcony with a very nice view on sanremo but Dirty i personally clean the table and the chair . The bath of the 80's with hair around .But above All if accidentally you do not lock the you can open just pushing .

Very comfortable & quiet stay. Spacious room.
Friendly hosts, really good breakfast for a continental hotel (buffet-style). Over the road from the cycle path. Not close to restaurants etc, but good bus service to Sanremo & Bussana. Lovely pool.

Like many hotels they advertise a pool but rarely is it in operation all claiming seasonal. Supermarket next door Easy walk to beach but not the way they directed me along a busy road walking, the beach entrance is directly opposite the hotel not 300M down the road as I was directed. Friendly staff Nice breakfast Easy to find

3 übernachtungen im Januar haben uns überzeugt: Das Hotelpersonal war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereits. Das Zimmer stets sauber und gepflegt. Sehr zu empfehlen !

Bon emplacement avec vue mer
Séjour du dimanche 31 au 4 janvier 2024. Bon emplacement avec vue mer, pour le petit déjeuner. Stationnement possible à l'hôtel, sinon juste à côté un grand parking, pour les motos un emplacement abrité. Juste en dessous de l'hôtel une superbe piste cyclable et piétonne longeant la côte. L'accueil souriant et aimable ainsi que le personnel de la propreté. Je recommande cet hôtel à 4km du centre de San Remo.

Correct pour le prix
Hôtel un peu vieillissant mais un accueil chaleureux et un petit déjeuner correct. Nécessite d'y venir en voiture car il se trouve un peu à l'écart du centre-ville.

Hotel propre, chambre propre, rien à dire. Petit bémol sur la clim bruyante et la literie , l’un des lits sur les deux chambres réservées est inconfortable. Sinon hôtel qui ne ressemble pas aux hôtels de grandes chaînes, esprit familial à l’ancienne. Personnel souriant et serviable. J’y retournerais.

Ottimo hotel per qualità e prezzo situato in zona tranquilla e comodissima per la ciclabile e per le spiagge tra le più belle di Sanremo . Personale cordiale e stanze pulite. Bellissima piscina; peccato che fosse già chiusa al 30 settembre viste le giornate calde e assolate.

Hotel un po' datato, camere pulite alcune con balcone e vista mare come quella che ci è stata assegnata, bella piscina con sdraio, buona colazione, ottima posizione tranquilla con pista ciclabile e spiaggia nelle vicinanze

Utroligt venligt personale og dejlig pool. Vi var der desværre samtidigt med noget vejarbejde, så der var en del støj. Fantastisk udsigt ud over vandet fra vores balkon.

Bien avec une belle piscine.
Un Hôtel qui aurait besoin un peu de rénovation et un meilleur entretien. Cependant nous avons passé un excellent séjour du fait du personnel sympa, de la vue de la chambre et de la piscine très grande. De plus, parking moto disponible. Un petit déjeuner excellent. Attention tout de même aux tarifs des boissons au bar de la piscine : 18€ pour 2 bières cela commence à faire cher. Néanmoins, sur Sanremo, nous recommandons cet hôtel très bien situé.

Séjour reposant et dépaysant
Hôtel propre, personnel très sympathique, petit déjeuner avec divers produits sucrés et salés. Chambre grande et propre, idem pour la sdb. 2 petits bémols, le matelas trop mou et miroir de la sdb pas nettoyé tous les jours. Je rajouterai qu’il manque deux petits accroches derrière l’accroche de la sdb pour pendre les serviettes, surtout avec la mer ou la piscine. En parlant des équipements, parking gratuit à l’hôtel ou juste à côté, vue mer en quittant l’hôtel, belle promenade qui longe la route en contre bas, pour aller au centre de San Remo, ou de l’autre côté, vers Riva Ligure. Location de vélo possible et piscine à l’hôtel avec bar. Petit resto/sandwicherie en contre bas de l’hôtel. Séjour vraiment très agréable pour ma première visite en Italie !

Bien dans l’ensemble
Un bon séjour dans l’ensemble la suite est assez spacieuse une très très belle et gigantesque terrasse sans vis à vis, ascenseur qui donne directement dans la chambre ( entrée par la terrasse ). Le seul point négatif qu’on a trouvé c’est le manque de propreté : les verres, les draps, à l’intérieur des placards et le canapé lit ( beaucoup de taches noirs ) la salle de bain de la plus grande chambre avait une forte odeur d’urine et le débit d’eau de la baignoire est presque inexistante. L’hôtel aurait besoin d’un grand rafraîchissement car il fait vieillot et surtout faire du ménage à fond on osait à peine poser nos affaires par peur de les salir c’est très dommage car c’est quand même un bel hôtel.

Vale il prezzo
Struttura in buona condizioni, con ampio parcheggio, piscina, grande bar all'aperto, ampia sala colazione. Il personale è preparato anche se non sempre gentile e la reception è aperta 24 ore al giorno. Le stanze sono arredate con la sobrietà tipica degli alberghi in costa ma hanno tutto quello che serve a rendere il soggiorno piacevole.
