Hello Miriam, our hotel is divided in two buildings, one of them which is the more economic one with a shared kitchen is next to the pool, and the other one every room has its own kitchen and the rooms are slightly bigger. We are sorry if it was a bit confusing the difference. Hope most of your stay was of your liking and that you visit us again in the future.

Dear Brooks, we will check and see what the issue is with dogs....I am really not sure...as for stove, it is a modern one, so the stff came to show you how it works, if you didnt understand you could have asked again!

Dear Anas, As I see you have done what you promised us before even arriving at our hotel. that if we did not give you extras you would post online. You had a non-refundable rate with basic breakfast included, as it was a special offer. As for bed bugs, this is a lie, you took pictures from the Internet and sent them to us, then even saying there were insects in the room you wanted to stay there!!!!! In all a bad experience for us as a hotel. Lucky there are also websites that we can report gusts that take the time to report hotel to get free stays.

We are very sad to hear you had trouble with the air conditioner, did you not tell the staff at reception, they would have given you another room ... As for TV's our budget rooms do not have televisions, but all our studio suites and apartments do, for a small payment extra an upgrade would have been available. Hope to see you again!
