it was horrible. I did not have hot water. I called 3 times, they did not believe me, they even told me to wait 20 minutes with hot water on and that it should be warm after. Nothing, a guy came and he said indeed it is not hot but he did not do anything.
I ordered room service and I got food poisoning. Because of food poisoning, the next day I ordered rice to feel better: 2 hours to have the rice delivered in my room. Unbelievable!
When I left, I told me that about it but they did not care.
They even tried to charge me for stuff I did not have (like breakfast, which I did not took because of food poisoning, double charged the room).
Please avoid this place and please hotels.com, remove them from your partners !!!
