The refrigerator in our room never worked right. They replaced and the second one didn't work either...leaving no cold drinks in our room for the entire stay. Disappointed you could not get bottled water at the bars available. Wanted to drink SOL beer but that is exclusive to "The Royal Suites" guest only. The beach was awesome in most locations, however it was a distance to walk to the beach. Restaurant serving sizes were a bit small. This was our first "all-inclusive" trip...not sure if we would go that route again or not.

We regret hearing the incident with your fridge and we apologize for a situation that should have never occur, we will do our outmost effort, as we always do, in preventing this inconveniences to happen again.
In reference to your observations about our bar and restaurant services, we can assure you that we will take note about, in order to always improve them, since all comments that we receive from our customers helps us to know what our guest are looking or expecting in their vacations.
