Très grand

L'hôtel est magnifique mais très grand. Heureusement, le système de navette était à notre disposition pour aller d'un resort à l'autre.

Excellent for 3 generations of family, age 1 - 72

Stayed in building 7 Grand Palladium Colonial, first floor, deluxe room great for someone with mobility problems that my husband has. 1st floor had easy stepin shower. Daughter, son-in- law and kids (ages 1,3,6) in junior suite in building 8. Very centrally located, a 5 minute walk only for most people from breakfast buffets, the 8 speciality restaurants for evening meals, main pool, beach, and kids club. Also the system of transportation in the resort was top notch. The trams came around very often, was even better than advertised, often less than 5 minute wait and rarely over 10 minutes. Lots of choices for food, not gourmet quality but very good and you could always find something you liked at buffets for breakfast and lunch. Ate at specialty restaurants in evenings - liked steak house, italian, Brazilian, and Thai snd nice that all started with appetizers and salads served buffet style and then you ordered main course and desert. Thus kids could get something right away. Note that evening meals did take almost 2 hours.We eat and like lots of different types of foods, but the Tapas at the Spanish restaurant were pretty weird so check out before going there. Enjoyed spa and gym (very new and good equipment). Listed prices for spa high, but we took advantage of special for 2 of us that was 55% off and thus reasonable. If you can sail, the Hobbie cats were free and fun. Paid for the snorkel trip right from beach at resort to see turtles (saw lots of them).

as usual, very pleasant stay @ Palladium. Grounds are kept very well, staff is helpful, many genuinely.

At the beginning they put us in a two bed room, but on the next day they changed us to a one-bed room, the one we requested through the system. Great service, amazing mix between the hotel and its environment.

Awesome time. Pool closes at 8pm. Oceans bar was open 24/7. Food was great. Try the octopus!!! Watch out for the coatis, they are little thieves. In all a really nice time.

Amplio, al lado de la playa, buena comida.

Pros: Personal, comida y piscinas.
Cons: Camas....son incomodas
Location: Cerca de parques, playa del Carmen y delfín aritos.
Muy buena experiencia familiar. Personal excelente.

nice hotel nice staff

Pros: easy check in and check. nice grounds and nice room, friendly helpful staff. nice beach
Cons: needs more activities at pool. Brazilian restaurant needs improvements.

“Nice time. Very good staff!” 4 of 5 starsReviewed July 16, 2016 Grounds:The whole place including the adjacent hotels you have access is quite large and beautiful. The grounds are very well kept with a few capybara which look large hamsters with a longer legs. Lots of coati's and iguanas, a few lizards, a few raccoon, but we did not see any spider monkeys. The paths go through the jungle. We had NO bugs in are room at all. We did a lot of walking between going to dinner, the sports complex, on the beach etc. They do have carts that you can catch throughout, and there is a train that will take your from lobby to lobby. Rooms: Our room was very nice. I know some have complained about beds but we had a king size bed which was very comfortable. However I was disappointed that I had emailed the hotel 3 times to get a room that had 2 beds since my husband and I were traveling with our adult son, but he had to sleep on a pull out couch that was too short for him. We had a nice robes and slippers for each of us to use, and a fruit basket and a stocked small refrigerator, although we would had preferred just water and not the beer and soda. The room and the bathroom were nice size with a nice flat screen tv. The bathroom did not really have good lighting for putting on makeup (no hotels in mexico ever do). But they did have a pull out round magnifier mirror which helped a lot. Food: The breakfast had a huge variety of choices. The scrambled eggs that were already prepared looked

Ottimo resort immerso nella natura

Ottima struttura immersa nella natura , personale cordiale , varietà di ristoranti per rendere ogni sera diversa dalle altre. Lunga spiaggia , bella soprattutto la parte a destra guardando il mare . Mare stupendo ma a seconda delle direzione in cui tira il vento , più o meno pulito dalle alghe .
