Simply amazing. Staff is beyond pleasant peaceful relaxation beachfront hotel with two pools and there's always an activity at the pool.

Excellent food

Pros: It never seemed crowded and there was always lots to do. We liked the evening shows, too.
Cons: My wife thought the bed was not comfortable.
Location: I did a couple of dives, there was a really good wreck dive and shallow reef dives. We also did an ATV and zipline tour. That was a lot of fun.
Enjoyed our stay a lot. The food was great, lots of variety and lots of seafood. We stayed as platinum guests, so we always had chairs on the beach in the shade. Lots of bars to choose from, so never had to wait long to get a drink and if we just stayed in one spot long enough, someone would come and take our drink order. We went to all but one of the restaurants (the Alcazar ?).

Good to be back, the staff is very friendly

We really liked the restaurants, and the buffet food was great quality, especially the freshly grilled items. Staff make it great!! So friendly.

We'll be back & I suggest anyone & everyone go!!! Food is wonderful, swim up bar is awesome. The slide & cliff jump are super fun!

Relaxing girls getaway. Detailed review

Cons: FREE WIFI
Was my sister and I first time in Mexico and we were looking for a place we could just simply relax and drink frozen drinks all day while laying by the pool or beach. We found a good deal on this resort and decided to give it a try. I'm happy we did. Check in: I called the day prior to inquire about early check in. Since we'd be arriving around 1 and check in wasn't until 3pm. They said they'd note it but couldn't guarantee our room would be ready. When we got there we were greeted by friendly staff who asked us if we wanted a drink from the bar while we waited to check in. Our room wasn't yet ready, and we were upgraded free of charge to what we were told was a bigger room. We got our bands and were able to use the facilities while they held our luggage and waited to check in. She was able to give us our room number but we had to come back at 3 to get our room keys. We decided to use this time to grab lunch and explore the grounds a bit. Room: Our upgraded room was much more than a "little bigger". i booked a standard room and was upgraded to a family style suite!! 2 full bathrooms, a full living room, 2 full walk out balconies, bedroom and a queen pull down bed option as well, 2 televisions and a kitchenette. It was clean, and the beds were comfortable. However The fridge was not cold but there are ice machines. Room service was great and when we requested bottles of waters and colas we received them promptly.

Nice hotel with excellent service but rocky beach

Everything including facilities, services, staff and food is great! But the beach is just too rocky to swim even though the water is warm.

Decent Stay for family with kids

The hotel was average, specially with the food. However, be very careful with the upgrade options because they are misleading. We chose to upgrade our room to a 1000 square feet studio, however, half of that space was outside in the balcony with the jacuzzi. That is not what we were expecting.

I didn't have air conditioning the last night and they didn't adjust the invoice when I told them about it.

Perfect for family relaxation and fun!

Cons: Beautiful sandy beach with plenty of chairs and areas. Ocean swimming is quite rocky, not advised. Hit beach 1 mile away for swimming.
Location: Puerto Morelos is only 1 mile away ($16 cab) with great beaches, good food and all the activities. Small town but good people and plenty to do.
Our family of 5 (3 kids under 13) had 2 beautiful rooms overlooking the pool and ocean. The staff was always nice and accommodating, and the rooms and property were very clean and beautiful. We found the food to be very good, with the buffets having everything you need including cook-to-order. The special restaurants on property were excellent, and we took advantage of the resort sommelier for good wines. The 3 pools were great (quiet adult, infinity pool, and main party pool). Drinks were good and easy to access with multiple tiki bars around the pools. We had a large group of 8 families and we'd all go back.

Nice hotel close to beach and great food.

We travel to Mexico at least twice s year by far this is one of the nicest. This resort had things for all ages, food was great and our conceirge Xavier was extraordinary. The only thing the didn't offer that I would have liked was having food service pool side.
