Nice clean resort

Recently visited this resort with my family (husband and 2 kids aged 1 &4) and another family of four with 2 kids aged 2 and 5. We had a wonderful time! Pools were perfect for families with young children, plenty of shallow areas with water slides, falls, etc. We didn't try out many out restaurants with the young children but the buffet worked out great for us. Food was excellent and they had a new cuisine each night! Rooms were also very comfortable and spacious! Staff was also very friendly. The only annoying thing was they charged $60 for the week for wifi and that was only on one device. Overall great resort and would recommend!

Internet is still a chargeable service in most internationally managed hotels in Cancun and our current rates are in line with other hotels in Cancun and Mexico. The internet line is however high-speed, we have an on-site technician and a 24-hour help desk to overcome any internet related issues. Great pool

Very nice small hotel . Excellent friendly staff and the food was really delicious. Beach is a little rocky but pool options are wonderful.wpuld return again. Room are comfortable and amenities are organic which is different from some of the other resorts I have been too nice touch

Excellent service, friendly staff. The best vacatacions ever! We enjoyed the food. The room was very clean. We are planning our next vacations to come back.

beautiful family hotel

Rocky beach but we expected that. Exceptionally clean. Only thing we didn't like was that there were two hours in late afternoon that there was no where to get food except room service. You can't eat by the pools and had to walk to buffet are for even a small snack. On their behalf though Jay's probably why it's so clean and there aren't dirty birds everywhere. Had a great time!

Hotel is secluded from everything, nothing to do,

Hotel is isolated from everything, nothing to do in hotel. Reservations need to be made a day in advance to eat at restaurants. It's supposed to be all inclusive but there is no food around only beer. Not a good hotel, VIP only had sushi beer and soda. Don't stay at this hotel unless you plan on just staying in your room.

Very nice hotel for families

Its a very nice hotel for families. Staff is very friendly and food is good. The only cons are that the beach has rocks and theybshould have snack bars.

Pros: The property is well-maintained & staff (especially the wait staff) are very courteous, & hard-working!
Cons: The Mediterranean restaurant sucked! And the "concierge" guy that greeted us when we first walked in was so aggressively annoying about presentations!
Location: They offered free kayaking, paddle boarding. But the beach was very rocky - you need to wear water shoes to enjoy being in the water!
The property is very clean & well-maintained. The staff were very nice & attended to all our needs. Check-in was a breeze. The reception people though, need to be a little bit more friendly & helpful.

FAMILY FUN

great first time vacation, we took advantage of the upgrad and had the best view from a jr. suite. my kids enjoyed it and cant wait to go back next year :)
