Pros: Todo!!!
Cons: Creo que solo más meseros en el área de piscina no son suficientes, aunque uno va a la barra y a los snacks pero tardan en retirar platos y vasos.
Estoy felíz, muy complacida, pase unos dias maravillosos, son dignos de felicitaciones. En todos los aspectos están súper bien, instalaciones, limpieza, comida, personal. Felicidades!! Regreso el próximo verano a vacacionar en IberoStar Tucan Gracias!!

We came for our honeymoon and had an excellent stay. The room was clean and the staff was very accommodating. We would definitely recommend it.

Nunca me he tomado el tiempo de escribir un comentario negativo a ninguna empresa, pero esta vez no podia dejar pasar el Pésimo Servicio de este Hotel! Quedé muy impresionada, porque es la primera vez que me pasa esto en un Hotel en la Riviera Maya. Nunca quisieron colaborarme para poder esterilizar los Teteros de mi Bebe, cuando solo era ponerlos en el microondas por 2 minutos y listo. En cambio en otros Hoteles siempre nos han ayudado con este tema o por lo menos dan alternativas, hasta esterilizadores y room service para prestar el servicio nos han dado sin ningún costo adicional. Aquí tuvieron el atrevimiento de cobrar 15 dólares por día para hacerlo?!!! el Colmo del Abuso. Por otro lado como Blogger siempre tomo fotos sobre mis viajes y a mi Fotografo siempre le dan acceso un par de horas (de dos a 3horas) para que hagamos la sesión de fotos p[ara mi Blog. En este Hotel tampoco quisieron colaborar viendo que es hasta publicidad para ellos y tuvieron el descaro de decir que cobraban 400 dólares por dejarlo entrar?!!! Se pasaron de verdad y esto es poco de lo que puedo decir del MAL SERVICIO que tuve en este lugar. No vuelvo ni lo recomendaría, ni mucho menos lo mencionaría en mi Blog.

Nice resort on the beach

We had an absolutely amazing time. The staff was awesome. Food was great. Drinks were perfect. Lily, our concierge, was so helpful and she made us feel right at home. Thank you Iberostar for making our vacation unforgettable!

Food & Drinks

Pros: The beach, the mini jungle and the room service were great.
Cons: Food!
Location: Playa del Carmen has a great strip of restaurants, bars, & shops. Food outside hotel is amazing!!
Drinks were sub-par and the buffet food was awful. The restaurants that you need a reservation for were better for sure. The staff was great as well as the beach. Definitely a place for families, too many kids for us coming as a couple.

CLOSE TO THE BEACH

I WILL NOT RECOMEND THIS HOTEL. THE ROOMS ARE JUST CONCREET BLOCS. THE ONLY FURNITURE ARE FOUR SHALVES IN THE CLOSET. HOW COULD EVERYONE GIVE IT 4.3? THE FOOD WAS BAD EVEN FOR ALL INCLUSIVE. PEOPLE WERE COMING FOR LUNCH AND THERE WERE JUST EMPTY TRACED WAITNIG TO BE REPLACED. I WILL GIVE IT -1
