Superbe hôtel/ Villas!Posted Jul 22, 2016
Une magnifique villa/ suite au rez-de-chaussée avec terrasse privative sur la piscine. A 3min de la plage. Une merveille!

Pros: El depto muy bien, tal como aparecia en las fotos de la pagina. El personal muy amable y atento.
Cons: El beach club (Indigo). Quizas podrian ofrecer otras opciones de beach club incluidas en la estancia.
Muy bien el hotel en si, pero el beach club que venia incluido en la estancia fue un poco decepcionante. Estaba en una playita con lanchas al borde y olor feo.

Great locationPosted Mar 10, 2016
Pros: Service and comfort
Cons: bathroom needs updaing
Location: Close to everything but so quiet. I'm vegan and it's so close to some of the best places to eat.
The condo is in the centre of PDC yet on a very quiet road. Our apartment was on the ground floor with two small terraces. The bed is gigantic and so comfortable. The kitchen had everything you could need including a water cooler as you can't drink the tap water. It is only a short walk to the beach, we spent most of our time at the Indigo Beach Bar. You can request cleaning service every day and all the staff are so friendly. Lili who cleaned our apartment was amazing. Would highly recommend this condo.

The receptionist Ana was the rudest hotel receptioPosted Feb 27, 2016
Horribly overpriced for no amenties, rude front staff, and the hotel is not on the water. The pictures are misleading this condo is not on the beach, but it's within walking distance to the public beach. You have to shell out $250 deposit after paying $300+ a night for an absolutely beautiful room (that's all you're getting) meanwhile the other hotels that are actually on the water with beautiful rooms have full beaches live music on the beach and bring you your cocktails for the same price. This hotel doesn't do any of that except greet you in the most rude way possible. There's a beach club you get access to... an already public beach that's not even a relaxing access to the beach more of a boat crowed dug out marina you have to state your right to access to security. There are no amenities on the hotel property except a pool that doesn't comfortably hold, but two intimate people otherwise it's awkward. DO Not go here unless you just want an overly lavished room without the beach experience.

Fue una estancia maravillosa! Lo único que le falta a este hotel es una buena alberca. Ya que la Alberca parece más decorativa. La Zona es espectacular!!!! Y el depto muy acogedor!!!!!

Your home away from home.Posted Aug 28, 2015
Lots of room--maybe a thousand square feet, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen and spacious living room. It was clean and well decorated. The staff was great. The pool is small, but an unusual shape that the kids loved. Floors in the condo are marble tiled so you don't have to worry about tracking in a little water. Perhaps the nicest thing is that you're about a block away from both the beach and 5th avenue which are both fun but noisy. This condo is quiet. Pickup for bus tours is only about 2 blocks away. But if you're going somewhere other than the toll road to Chichen Itza, consider using a taxi. The taxis were cheaper. And the drivers were all very nice. Fares are posted on signs at the stands. So you will know how much it's going to cost before getting in the cab. Go about 2 or 3 blocks in any direction from this hotel/condo, other than toward the beach, and you'll run into a taxi stand. We grocery shopped several places--our favorite by a long shot was Mega. It was nice not having to get dressed to go to a buffet in the morning. And it was also nice not having to think about wasting money on an all inclusive when we were out of the hotel every day. The seaweed is still a problem. And if the wind blows toward the condo it will bring a bad smell with it. But closing the condo door & turning on the air conditioning completely eliminates the smell from your room. This is not the hotel for beach loungers. But it's wonderful for explorers who want a great base camp.
