Hotel was booked through Expedia and it was booked with two queen size beds, we arrive to hotel around 11 PM tired from trip. When we arrived they gave us 2 twin beds, which was not big enough because it was 3 of us myself my husband and my son. I begged for a bigger room which they could not accommodate until 3 nights later. Also there were no towels or pillows in our room, so we had to just wait it out until the next day.While we were sleeping their air conditioner unit leaked onto the counter and ruined my husbands cell phone along with other items. We brought it to their attention and they pretty much shrugged their shoulders and said there was nothing they could do. I had finally had enough and asked for a refund on the rest of my stay because I was booked for 5 nights, along with everything including the loss of a 600.00 dollar phone they also charged a penalty of one nights stay. I took it and went to another hotel a block away Hotel Delfin and they were amazing! Stay Away!!!!
