Beautiful property, excellent staff, high standards were certainly evident in all areas of Dreams Jade. At check-in, we were greeted with a refreshing towel, glass of champagne, and immediate service to check us in & orient us to areas of the resort. Our Junior Suite was comfortable with a lovely view, good AC, easy walking distance to the pool area, beach, bars & eating options. Excellent availability for dining at the a la carte restaurants, with good food and attentive and professional staff. Buffet dining was excellent as well. Plentiful activities, enjoyable entertainment throughout our week. There were a number of weddings on the grounds during our stay, beautifully done and unlike other resorts, did not inconvenience other guests. We have traveled to the Caribbean many times & feel that this resort provided one of our favorite stays. The entire staff... front desk, waiters, concierge, performers, and management seem to have gotten everything right. I know we will be happy to return to Dreams Jade.

We had a great stay! A couple travelling with a 1 year old. It was kid friendly with a balance for us to enjoy too. Weather was great. The beach has lots of seaweed but it was cleaned often. Our room was nice and clean! The staff were amazing especially Oscar at the lobby bar. He gave impeccable service and he will always be remembered.

Staff were all very friendly. Other than the cleaning lady who took cash from our bedside table 😬. Use the safe people. Would have liked to see more authentic Mexican food, shows etc. Seemed to cater mostly to Americans. The timeshare presentation was annoying but I guess I could have pushed harder to decline it. Loved the beach volleyball and personable staff, servers. I felt safe the whole time and the facility options were wonderful. Pools were all fantastic and clean.

Everything was great. I didn't like the fact i requested a room with double beds and at check-in i had a king instead. But, overall i enjoyed my stay and will be definitely coming back.

The property was clean and the staff was super friendly and helpful! They welcome you as family coming home and it truly feels that way. I tried every bar and the drinks were not good but the food, especially the buffet restaurant was amazing!

Great stay overall. Staff was amazing. Beach area is just OK nothing great about it . One downside is the overly aggressive membership sales team. Membership sales will convince you to hear them out for free stuff. Not worth the time spent . Enjoy your vacation and politely say you already belong to it. Or else you will spend half a day listening and trying to be convinced to sign. Draining and not worth the money. Expedia has better rates.

This property is ok. The staff didn’t recognize my vip status. Also didn’t get my room upGrade. They said they didn’t have any but all of a sudden had it when I said I would pay. The only thing the staff cared about was selling Hyatt vacation club. I felt like I was walking down the mas Vegas strip being attacked by time share people. Felt like a wasted vacation!

This resort was very family friendly but also nice for our group of adults. The service was excellent! Both Angel and Amara led fantastic activities. The rooms were very nice, too. Definitely recommend and ocean-view room!

The resort was beautiful. I did a mini vacay with my family and had two littles ones and this place was very family friendly. Nice rooms, good customer service, and great beach. The only downfall was the food. It was not good at all from restaurants to room service. Overall, I would give 8.5/10.

The first problem is the Expedia website that didn’t provide any information about shuttle from airport to the resort, and we were so disappointed when for the first time after 8 trips to the Mexico we were told that we don’t have any shuttle and we had to pay 120$ to go to the resort and the same when we backed. They could just let us know that it’s not included and put an option for paying extra for the shuttle. Second problem was about the restaurant in the hotel, we only had one buffet restaurant and we had to stay in line for a long time to get to the restaurant. And the first night it was even close,and for getting to the other restaurant we had to wait to the point that we ate around 11 pm and my daughter slept before we get food. But a big plus goes to the beach, it was the best beach that I saw in Mexico. The quality of the food was good. The staff was nice and helpful, the towel was only one spot to get and sometimes you had to wait to get one. I lost my sunglasses and I think if I wouldn’t make them to check the camera , I would’ve lost it. In general it was good but not 5 star.

Honest review for future guests and hopefully improvement by management. Beautiful property and good security. Resort is small enough and family friendly yet bigger than it is presented online when booking. Stayed in Preferred Club Ocean view suite. Here's the issue, this resort does not utilize wristbands of any kind being the property is more isolated and 2 different gated secuirty check points to get in. To utilize the preferred club lounge you use your room key. Well, many times the lounge door was still ajar or individuals that were not preferred were able to walk in after someone else. Similair to the preferred pool (Adults only) and the preferred outdoor barefoot grill. There was nothing more than a sign designating for 'Preferred Guest Only' therefore, anyone could walk over and utilize these privileges. Not being pretentious but, why pay for an exclusive service/amenity, if anyone can utilize those amenties and not properly regulated? Now the bigger issue, dining. The restaurants do not take reservations. And as usual, only restaurants or only open certain days. However the mismanagement and protocol of first come first serve where guests wait in line for up to 1 - 2 hours for specialty restaurants is not desirable. Especially when the general buffet restaurant is closed. They offer 24 hr room service however, what guests want to stay couped up in your room waiting for limited menu of room service to arrive? Beach was beautiful.

Overall our stay was good. We can't complain about the property, amenities, or etc. The pools were awesome, the drinks were great too. The staff was friendly and we never had any issues reaching out with requests, if needed. The only complaint we had was the food. I would say it was about 6 out of 10. Buffet was good for breakfast and lunch, but dinner options were okay. The lines were long and sometimes the wait was 1-2 hours, especially if it were a popular dinner spot. The Italian restaurant wasn't bad, just lacked flavor. We never had the chance to try the French place. But we heard it was delicious. The Spice restaurant was delicious, definitely a long wait every day but the sushi and other entrees were good. The Mediterranean place was great too, no complaints. I wish there were reservations ahead of time because you never knew how long the wait was going to be. There were nights we stood and waited 30 min and other times 2 hours to get seated. Being pregnant, that was very difficult to do for me. Also, because I worked on vacation. It was nice that there was a cafe place where I could go for some peace and quite and get work done. The coffee wasn't bad either.

The property was clean, the resort was nice,food was ok they would have more options on the buffet,the beach area was very small.they were o activity for the kid no shows in the evening it was boring horrible music, the restaurants were ok.Italian restaurant was my favorite I loved the soups the diners were good also we were not able to try hibachi restaurant you had to make a reservation early in the morning we weren’t able to get one,I tried to make a reservation at 6:30 pm but you had to pay $60 that was insane we were on the resort all inclusive then we had to pay to eat at hibachi restaurant.our room had a horrible smell and small the beds weren’t comfortable the pillows were horrible.The water was good no seaweeds,I don’t care for the pools I’m not a pool person but the pools were nice and clean I love the ocean.

I was so disappointed from the first moment I walked through the doors of the Dreams Jade Hotel. Where I was immediately refused to be treated as a VIP and then I was given a room in the third building where there was a very unpleasant, even stinking smell. so I decided to politely do the upgrade I was entitled to because I am a VIP of Expedia and I always have priority. Of course, it was not possible to get a better room because of you. Then a $700 surcharge later, we found a room that did not meet our expectations because it was dirty and with a broken air conditioning. After 2 days and the arrival of 3 specialists, we were given another room. Which I can now call was OK. I think you should pay more attention to the standard of the hotel. or lower the stars to 3 max so that people won't be as dissatisfied as me and my family. If you want my opinion, pay more attention to the people who work there, because half of them are just harassing people who don't really want to spend time listening to your prestige and just want to spend their holidays nice and pleasant.

Dream Jades is a joke of a resort, service is terrible (unless you have lots of cash to give out to all workers) food is at best mediocre, choices for food are below average and prices in the shop are full rip off, I paid $45 for small sunscreen bottle.

Loved the VIP access area (worth the extra cost but received free since I booked through Expedia) and the beach was very clean and pretty. The food was only okay but as expected for an all-inclusive resort. The resort was spacious and I really liked the amount of pools and on-property bars and shops. Overall a good experience.

Great Vacation! My wife and I enjoyed a romantic week. We’re in our mid-50’s and recommend Dreams Jade. Every thing is centralized and minimal walk to pool & restaurants. Not much to do for kids, but that was a Pro for us :) The only negative Con which is why I only gave 4 stars is due to the aggressive Sales Reps for time share membership. The sales reps give you a tour upon arriving & start their sales pitch. They come to your room, call you, walk around the pool and stop you in the lobby.
