I appreciated the abundance of beach and pool chairs and the opportunity to observe wildlife in an eco-friendly atmosphere. However, I was disappointed with the room arrangements for my family of five. Despite booking two rooms, we were initially placed on different floors and had to request multiple times to be accommodated together. Our children's ages are 9, 5, 1 year old. Dealing with this issue, especially with young children, was inconvenient and time-consuming. It greatly detracted from our goal of spending quality time together as a family, which was the essence of our vacation.
Additionally, one of the concierges was persistently pushy about attending a lengthy presentation to join their "vacation club", despite my repeated disinterest. This added unnecessary stress to our stay, as we were constantly having to decline the invitation and deal with the attendant attitude and unhelpfulness.
Furthermore, the restaurant reservation system was inconvenient, allowing only two days of reservations for a five-day stay, resulting in frequent waits and reliance on the buffet. Moreover, the food was not good. The most frustrating aspect was the refusal of the restaurant staff to accommodate our group of 13, despite available tables, preventing us from dining together each night.
Overall, the experience was disappointing, particularly for larger groups, due to the lack of flexibility and unhelpful policies. I would not consider returning or recommending this destination.
