Ocean Coral and Turquesa Oct. 2015Posted Oct 12, 2015
Cons: Some of the restaurants were closed on nights that we wanted to eat there, but there were no hours posted or any heads up that they would be closed.
Location: We went snorkeling and to the Mayan
Went there for our honeymoon. it was a great experience. The food was good, wasn't crowded. Staff was friendly. The room was nice and clean. Anything we needed or wanted was taken care of immediately.

Great first time at an all inclusive resort.Posted Oct 12, 2015
We were overall pleased with our stay but I think a few areas could've been improved. When we originally booked we were told we'd get a log sized bed. We actually got 2 full sized beds. I also was a bit disappointed with the food. The staff and the restaurants were great but there weren't enough options for non exotic meals. It was hard to just get a basic lunch without waiting in the buffet lines. It was also very hard to get change made for American currency. It limited our ability to tip all that we came in contact with. I can't say enough about the staff though, very friendly and accommodating.

Very nice hotel. My only complaint is that the jewelry in the gift shop is fake. They lead me to believe that the stone were real and they aren't.

Beautiful hotel. Horrible beachPosted Oct 10, 2015
Our stay in October was very nice. The staff was outstanding. They actually did go out of there way to make our stay as wonderful as it could be. We had the privileged package which wasn't as privileged as is it sounds. In the privileged package you could make reservations at certain restaurants but was unnecessary. A little wait and your in. You get a butler to fill your hot tub. A turn of the faucet and it fills any time you need it. You get a 100 credit but you have to be pressured to buy a timeshare. They say it's not but it is. Basically not very much for what you pay. The beach, not nice at all. Maybe it is used to be but not now. And not for some time to come. Now this is not their fault but if you want a nice beach vacation, this one is not it. My wife and I go for the beaches. We try a new place each year and this was the worst. When I say brown water, I mean brown water. The over abundance of seaweed dies and creates plankton that stinks and turns the water brown. Can't swim in it and it's not clearing up anytime soon. Anyway, can't say enough about the grounds and the staff. Both were great. The food was very good. The buffet sucked but the Ala carte was fantastic. The Italian was the best in our opinion. The beach, just look at some REAL pics of the cancun area during the Sumner of 2015. Hope this helps

Pros: Beautiful hotel and the Privilege is the best way to go
Cons: Butlers could be more attentive
Beautiful hotel, great food and staff. The entertainment staff is outstanding and the foam party in the pool was so much fun!!! Privilege was well worth it but I wish we would have know how bad the seaweed problem was before we came. We couldn't even get in the ocean. Seaweed is 3 feet high in places and smelled terrible. Our vacation would have been a total different experience had we been able to go to the beach. Also, the H10 sales people are terrible. Stay AWAY from them!

Excellent Resort with awesome amenitiesPosted Oct 7, 2015
I just got home yesterday and had an amazing time! The resort is very large with so many things to do. The restaurants were very good, as was service there. The pools were beautiful and just what we needed when the sun was at it hottest. The beach was great and the seaweed wasn't bad at all when we were there. So many activities to join in on as they're doing something every couple of hours. The entertainment staff is great!! I'm so impressed with everything that I'll be returning in January! Can't wait!

Beautiful hotel near beachPosted Oct 7, 2015
Loved almost everything about this hotel. The food was awesome! The rooms were beautiful. No musty smell! Didn't have any timeshare people bother us. Lots of restaurants to choose from and no reservations needed which I liked. The pools were clean and always had enough chairs. The only things I feel need improvement is the juice in drinks. It tastes like aspartame and more like a juice drink. The other thing is the service in the restaurants is VERY slow. Other than that, it was great and I will return

Perfect destination for a familyPosted Oct 6, 2015
Pros: Clean hotel building and grounds, perfect maintenance of the buildings, Great entertaining staff
Cons: The resturant's "NO Flip-Flops or plastic shoes" policy was annoying and also need more buffet style restaurants, instead of "A la Carte" ones.
Location: Convenient location, only 25 minutes away from Cancun. Not too much things to go nearby because you are in the resort but you can have many excursions
Third visit for us in Riviera Maya and I can say, the most pleasent one. Used with the old, musty room smell, little insects in the bathroom or geyko looking at you from the ceiling, we have a big suprize with this hotel looking like a brand new one, with very clean large rooms, A/C and dehumidifiers in every room. Any problem we had, the staff fixed it right away. The only two things that were not so great, until you get used to, are the seaweeds on the beach, but I undersand this was the case for all the Riviera Maya this year in particular, otherwise they keep the beautiful beach clean all the time, and, the "No Flip-Flop or plastic shoes" policy at restaurant. I totally understand to not come in bathing suit or wet, but flip-flops? Come on! Another thing I need to add is the amazing entertaining team, I am not going to name anyone because all of them are amazing and also the extrordinary dancers that performs evey night in different shows, for everybody's taste. Great shows, great dancers! I also need to add many thanks to Kid's club ladys, Liz, Mara, Abby who take care of the little ones so good, so they asked us to go there every single day!

Cons: The water View, the water had alot of Seaweed on arrival, but the hotel was out every morning to clean the beach, I would have liked to see teal blue
