Perfectly suited for our needs!Posted Feb 4, 2016
Cons: Right now can't think of anything.
Location: Great location
Great gated community. Lots to do here. Dining out there is a wide selection of cafes and bistros, shopping, not upscale, great for fun, no pressure. Dolphins, sea lions for entertainment. Appear to be well cared for in a good environment. Hotel has limited beach but is safe and inside the reef which makes for great snorkeling...........Hotel pool is fine for the hotel size. Beach prices and bar prices are not bad at all. Overall a very nice place. Only three stories so no elevator. Outdoor Jacuzzi for each room....................love it will go back.....after 2 trips per year to cancun since 1991 quit Mexico for two years because of the crowds and commericial development.

Construction going on, not good!Posted Dec 6, 2015
There was construction going on the whole time we were there. Hammers beating, equipment repairing beach front. Also the scuba people take up the pool most days. The continental breakfast is toast and juice, (pretty bad). Meals are expensive!

Nice hotel for the pricePosted Dec 2, 2015
This hotel is definitely out dated but for the price it's not bad other than the very musty smell of the room. I don't know if the air conditioning needed cleaned or what but it was terrible. there was a jacuzzi tub on the balcony that was poorly cleaned also. Hotel staff was nice for the most part.

Nice, small hotel on the beach.Posted Nov 29, 2015
Pros: When we checked into the hotel we were greeted with a smile and offered our beverage of choice (just that little extra to make you feel appreciated).
Cons: We like the Omni just the way it is. There are other larger hotel properties in Puerto Aventuras but the Omni is where we choose to stay. Perfect.
Location: The Omni is on the beach at Fatima Bay in Puerto Aventuras. Steps away you can go fishing, sailing, shopping, dining and swim with the dolphins.
The Omni Puerto Aventuras is a nice, small 30 room hotel that sits on the beach of Fatima Bay in Puerto Aventuras. It's charming and clean. The staff are friendly and go out of their way to accommodate. The restaurant has fantastic food. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that just wants to get away, unwind and not be hassled because there are a lot of people around. This is a quiet hotel and you really can't ask for anything more.

Almost perfect for a relaxing stayPosted Nov 26, 2015
Pros: Reception service (helped out with small problems like calls, storing baggage, keeping the key etc) Room: big, well equipped, balcony with jacuzzi
Cons: ADD SLIPPERS AND TOOTH BRUSH/PASTE to the bath kit
Location: Walking, sailing, fishing, watching dolphins training, see lions etc. Tulum ruins within a 30 min drive
Facilities, service and rooms are overall great (if not for some little drawbacks like the absence of a toothbrush and paste, which is surprising given the fact that ALL other cosmetics imaginable are there including a mouthrinse. The absence of SLIPPERS is even more pitiful: the floors (in 212 at least) are granite and cold and slippery after taking the shower. Otherwise spacious, clean, everything functioning properly.

I love Puerto Aventuras and the Omni is a perfect place to stay. If you are looking for a place to really kick back and relax this is it. You can eat right at the hotel and the food is great or go steps away to many quaint restaurants.

1st family tripPosted Aug 22, 2015 on CheapTickets
After a long flight and bs with the car rental company Jose, front desk clerk, made my day take a turn for the best. He was really nice and helpful trough out our stay there. I can honestly say that all the staff was really nice and polite. Our room was very clean and location wise it was convenient for us. Over all our stay was very pleasant and relaxing. Thank to all the staff for making our first trip a memorable one :)
