Pros: Location and stuff.
Nice location. Close to Ado bus, 5th Avenue and colectivo if you want to go to Tulum. Great stuff. No elevator 😔

Beds were horrible

Posted Jan 25, 2016
Beds were extremely hard. 2 days without hot water. That wasn't the bad part, both my wife and I were up all night with people being checked in at all hours of the night. Very noisy hotel plus horrible beds make for a not so relaxing trip. The staff were very nice

ok budget hotel

Posted Nov 7, 2015
Pros: location
Cons: water pressure and hot water spotty
close to Quinta Ave and the beach. close to Benito Juarez district for local shopping for clothing. Walmart and Mega close by as well. hard to find. take Benito Juarez from 307 turn left at 20 at Hermanos dept store, middle of second block past collectivo stop. Don't miss the chicken barbocoa across from the collectivos. Nice pool we had no microwave in our room but didn't cook anyway. If on a budget, it's ok

basic hotel close to shuttles, beach and shops

Posted Oct 27, 2015
Cons: Would be nice if Expedia would update the address and contact information.
Location: plenty to do in terms of restaurants bars and nightlife. close to the local buses to Tulum and Cancun.
Had an adventure trying to find the place. The address listed Ave. 20 norte lote 33 entre calles, Playa del Carmen, QROO, 77710 Mexico is incorrect. There is no 33 entre Calles. The hotel is actually on 20th Avenue between Calle 2 Nte and 4 nte. Spent over an hour walking from the bus stop only to have to pay for a taxi back to where we started from due to the incorrect address the phone number also didn't work apparently its listed as the fax number. Overall the hotel was pretty good for the price. There were a few stains on the sheets and the beds were hard. The hotel was also under construction so was loud at times and the Wifi dropped out a bit.

Very Average

The towel art is pretty impressive however it is masking some very dated facilities. There is a building site next door.

It's a nice hotel, very close to 5th avenue and the beach. The staff is very friendly and try to make your stay the best possible. We stayed for 2 weeks and it was great. The room has a mini fridge, mini stove, microwave and coffee maker so it was perfect for our long stay. The collectivos are also right around the corner which was great for us.
