This is not a 4 star hotel
1. 1st day the air conditioner leaked water into the bedroom/bath room area the
2. 2nd day the air-conditioner in the living area leaked water all over the floor
3. Pool are dirty no one cleans them
4. Beach is full of rocks my 8year could not get passed the rock area so we walked about 5 min. from the hotel to find a beach are that had no rocks. Down fall there were no life guards.
5. Food was nasty and it rained the first 2 days we were there and the roof was leaking water everywhere, it was tuff to find a table where the rain drops were not falling on your food.
6. Lots of cats around the 24 hour restaurant, but it not a restaurant its a Gazebo.
7. Staff is not helpful and all seem to be overworked and frustrated.
8. Japanese restaurant, well lets just say you better be staying longer than 5 days or you wont get a reservation. I had to get the hotel manager to have a reservation.

We have a whole team of maintenance and housekeeping staff working 24 hours a day, in order to keep the resort in optimum shape; of course this includes cleaning the beach, public areas and the pools and whenever situations arise, we work hard to solve them promptly. Nonetheless we offer a sincere apology for any shortcomings from our side which may have led to an even greater dissatisfaction.
