Excelente Hotel, muy buena comida, personal atento

Pros: Sus instalaciones, la variedad de los shows nocturnos, el kids, el área de las albercas y los nuevos toboganes.
Cons: En primer lugar limpieza a la Playa tiene muchas piedras, el licor en las bebidas es muy comercial, los animales en el restaurante(tejones y Mapaches)
Location: todas las actividades están algo retiradas de las instalaciones.
La estancia en el Hotel Sandos Eco fue muy buena en general, la atención y servicio del personal es excelente, la limpieza en las habitaciones es buena, la comida es buena y con mucha variedad en sus bufete, es muy recomendable la comida a la carta en los restaurantes, solo falta meter las bebidas con licor mas conocido o de mejor calidad, tiene muy mala playa con muchas piedras y muy deteriorada.

El hotel es bonito convives con la naturaleza muchos animales y muy diferente a lo que uno está acostumbrado vives experiencias diferentes vale la pena !!, el personal de los restaurantes poco agraciados a veces les molesta atenderte y eso fue lo que no me gusto !!!! Si pides algo tarda mucho en traértelo tienen mal servicio en cuestión de los restaurantes . En el cuarto falta un poco de más atención ya que nuestro control no funcionaba hasta la pila se estaba deshaciendo de la del control !!! Pero de ahí en fuera todo muy bien

Muy buen hotel me gusto la cordialidad de todos lo empleados, la animación a cargo de carballo excelente muy buena persona. La playa no me gusto

Old and outdated hotel. Staff is rude

This is not a 4 star hotel 1. 1st day the air conditioner leaked water into the bedroom/bath room area the 2. 2nd day the air-conditioner in the living area leaked water all over the floor 3. Pool are dirty no one cleans them 4. Beach is full of rocks my 8year could not get passed the rock area so we walked about 5 min. from the hotel to find a beach are that had no rocks. Down fall there were no life guards. 5. Food was nasty and it rained the first 2 days we were there and the roof was leaking water everywhere, it was tuff to find a table where the rain drops were not falling on your food. 6. Lots of cats around the 24 hour restaurant, but it not a restaurant its a Gazebo. 7. Staff is not helpful and all seem to be overworked and frustrated. 8. Japanese restaurant, well lets just say you better be staying longer than 5 days or you wont get a reservation. I had to get the hotel manager to have a reservation.

the most amazing ecofriendly resort ..

Cons: ALCOHOLIC DRINKS
Location: LOCATION IS GREAT , I DIDNT GO OUT OF THE RESORT.
we went a group of friend there and have the most beautiful experience.. the whole resort was build so nicely and confortable .. beach is so clean and beautiful ..food great . my only complain is alcoholic drinks , TERRIBLE .not a good quality alcoholic drinks..

Our main complaint was the tedious check-in process and a lot of mosquitoes in the resort. After the check-in, they make you wait in the lobby for the bell boys to drive you to your room. We had to wait (after the check in time)for about 30-45 min with 2 young kids despite having an assigned room. When we asked the bell boys if we can walk to the room and if they would deliver the luggage later, they said the room is too far away to walk. We realized later that room was only 2 min away by a walk.

nice hotel

Pros: staff was very good
Cons: hot water in showers and iced tea
hotel was nice, a little out dated, but they are fixing up rooms. no hot water in shower. and no iced tea
