Not perfect, but great value.

This hotel was extremely popular with European travelers at the time we were there. Our transfer driver when leaving verified this fact. There were very few English speaking guests, so it changed how we were able to interact with other guests. Overall it was a good trip. Some of the negative reviews while true, may be overly critical. The check in wasn't RUDE, but they also weren't overly friendly. The room was nothing special, but it was cleaned everyday. The buffet did have approximately the same foods everyday, but everything was highly edible, and served at the appropriate temp. I've been to many all inclusive resorts, and the buffet very rarely has a ton of variety day to day, so this was not a surprise. They do not provide water bottles, but we remedied that by purchasing 2 bottles at the gift shop, and filling them with the purified water dispensers at the bar throughout our visit. While there were things that weren't ideal, there was nothing that turned me off completely. Honestly, the biggest disappointment was not being able to meet new people as easily because of the language barrier. For the money we spent on this trip it provided everything I was looking for. Make sure to see Eder at the pool bar! He was the best part of our stay!
