Controlled air conditioning

Nice hotel newly remodel, very comfortable beds and pillows but they have the AC controlled at 23 degrees ( centigrade) 73.4 Fahrenheit it was uncomfortable to sleep, the pool although nice is small and there is only 11 lounge chairs so it fills fast, location is beachless but convenient, the food and service at the pool bar is excellent

Good hotel with friendly staff.

Easy location near the highway. If you like walk you can go to 5th Ave in 15 minutes and in 20 minutes to beach. If not, the hotel provides shuttle for free in the morning. Nice mexican breakfast. Good price.

They didn't pickup all the garbage cans. Towels were really old, falling apart.

I stayed in the hotel for 7 days and I couldn't be happier. The staff was very helpful and the Breakfast was amazing. It was close to all the major attractions and you cannot beat the price.

Decent hotel, close to excursions.

Had an overall good experience there. It was close to plenty of noghtlife activities and all the excursions I wanted to do. It's not your typical Cancun/"Miami " feeling. This was really Mexico! I had a major issue with the police and their corruption. They pulled us over several times and asked for money in exchange to let us go. At the gas station, one of the attendants stole $50 (usd) from me right before my eyes and swore that he didn't take it. Other than those 2 experiences, the people there are wonderful, hospitality was great! Go there and have fun!

Nice hotel close to Quinta Avenida

Good hotel, did the job for our one night stay. Close to Quinta Avenida but it's a 20 minute walk along an iffy stretch of road past sunset and taxis are fixed at 90 pesos so slightly pricey if you're going back and forth multiple times in the day. Not really close to much else which was disappointing and taxis in the area are expensive so it was limiting. Hotel lobby and breakfast are below average, but the staff is nice and accommodating and the room itself was nice.

One day there was no running water and later there was no hot water. The hotel was very poorly built. I would not recommend this hotel.

Dysfunctional

A/C didn't work. No water for morning shower. Room Cleaning appeared at 6pm. Incredibly noisy hotel making sleep difficult. Mold in the rooms (yikes!). Perhaps the worlds slowest internet. So if you are there on business and not party, this is a place to avoid. I checked out a day early. Couldn't handle the awful atmosphere. Management aloof and met request with shoulder shrug. The workers were the only bright spot. Unlike the management-they were as responsible and helpful as possible.

Nice hotel a little too far from the beach and commercial area. Needs more cleanliness in the bathrooms. Very good breackfast
