Romantic getaway

Simply incredible vacation. I highly recommend Zoetry Paraiso! The resort is truly outstanding with an incredible staff. We will be back to this resort in the fall.

Great Vacation Spot!

Zoetry is an excellent resort. Factoring in the price, it is a 5-Star equivalent. The resort is beautiful and very clean. The service is excellent. The food is very good. I highly recommend.

Perfect getaway

A beautiful resort with wonderful ocean front suites and excellent food in all three restaurants. Very quiet, relaxing, with no activities at night (we didn't need or want any) but a disappointingly small and unattractive library of DVDs--so bring your own if that's what you might want to do one evening. Also think carefully about the offer of a presentation on their vacation club at a sister resort. It is not 90 minutes, but much more like a whole day, and very hard sell. That aside, we could not have imagined a better vacation--in the true sense; pampered, luxurious, delightful, with a truly committed, friendly, upbeat staff.

Nice hotel on mediocre beach

Pros: Staff service was great, but nothing exceeded expectations.
Cons: Food quality, furnishings, concierge needs to be honest to guests on what he is selling and be more catering to customers questions and desires
Location: Not the best location. I would recommend going down closer to Playa del Carmen.
The hotel facilities are only average and the services (spa, etc) are way over priced compared to other hotels in the region ($450 USD for a 70 min couples massage). The room amenities are worn, the water temperature in the room had large fluctuations, and our room did not have an ocean view (blocked by the palm trees from both porches.) The concierge was more concerned with getting the guests to sit through a presentation of their vacation loyalty program (i.e. timeshare or vacation membership club) than he was in providing options for the activities and adventures. I have stayed at other all inclusive hotels that offer a lot more bang for the buck than this hotel. The hotel is small and it is located in a somewhat 'undeveloped' area of Cancun. A two (2) mile walk on the beach to the north and you get to some other hotels (with various private residences and other partially constructed structures in between.) To the south there are some other resorts with more activities and things to do, but I can't comment on the quality of the amenities offered. The beach was usually covered with a type of seaweed that comes from the reefs that are located off the beach. While the hotel staff does a good job of keeping the beachfront in front of the hotel clear of this, walks beyond the hotel will find you sloshing through this dark/black seaweed up to 12" thick (including trash.) If you just want to sit but the pool, you are great here. Food is average as well. Service is great

Amazing!!!

The service was one of the best I've ever experienced and we travel a lot!!!! They made our honeymoon unforgettable. Victor at the pool was the best server, Oscar for breakfast and Hector at the five star restaurant, which really is 5 star! Pool and catamaran on ocean was amazing!

First time in Mexico

Pros: Loved this hotel. Liked that it is small and quiet. Also liked that there weren't any kids at the resort. A perfect couples' getaway.
Cons: The only issue we had was that we didn't have hot water to shower one morning, but within about 15 minutes the problem was resolved.
My husband and I just took our first trip to Mexico. I'm not sure what we expected, but our stay at Zoetry far exceeded anything we could have imagined. The room was beautiful, the view spectacular, the food was wonderful, and the staff couldn't have been more accommodating. We will definitely go back!

We enjoyed a worry-free holiday at the Zoetry Riviera Maya. The staff and service were excellent. Gorgeous beachfront location! Balanced food options and all-inclusive pampering all-around.
