I didn't like at all mainly the owner's behaviour with 2 of my frineds. We booked 3 rooms, one of my friends had to leave 1 day before for a serious problem and gently asked not to pay at least the dinner he couldn't consume. The owner refused to do it and after my friend insisted gently only once, the owner offended hin with a very bad word trying to put few money in his hand telling he could have bought something with it. I have to say although my friend was never unkind, the owner's reaction was really bad. This is not the way to treat a customer. This was also done with another friend of mine who reserved a double room for only 1 person as the hotel said she couldn't reserved a single room. She then asked to pay only 1 dinner instead of 2 and the owner again was really rude while abolutely refusing to concede it. The hotel is also a little obsolete and not so clean. No elevator for 3 floors is too much when in winter the luggages are so heavy for the sky equipments. But what I considered worst was how we were treated, I experienced as well a bad answer from the owner who was never helpful even when I asked to replace a blanket with a lighter one. In other words it is so bad that someone pretend to be very much welcoming and at the end he proves to be so aggressive and not at all helpful, I like Expedia you should not work with this tipe of hotels.
