Chaotic.

Clean rooms but terrible service. Chaotic to say the least.

Short business trip to Riyadh

Cons: Sort out your IT issues more quickly
Location: Central Riyadh, not a pleasure trip so not much to add.
Hotel is located centrally and very convenient for cess to the business offices we required. Upon check in we were informed they had issues with Wi-Fi and also the door pass system, so a porter let us into our rooms. We only stayed for 2 days and in that time the problems were not fixed, hence the porter became our door keycard for our rooms. Not having any Wi-Fi was a costly experience has having to use roaming data on phone to access emails and internet. This fluctuated during our stay and attempts to resolve only lasted 30mins or less. The hotel is 4 star rated and probably about right. The restaurant service was not very attentive and the waiter more interested in watching the live T-V feeds than attending the very few guests in the room! The food however was good and the meals we selected cooked very well.

More than did it's job for business traveller

No complaints except Skype calls couldn't happen due to intermittent loss of Net each day

Nice hotel, bad city.

It was good but I faced problem in payment as I was asked to pay again but this issue was sorted out later.

Great Hotel

Comfortable Hotel

Cons: Complimentary breakfast
Location: The location is perfect for the family getaway. All the tourist attraction are nearby
We are welcomed with the fresh juice in our room and it's very rare nowadays to get the hotel (even 5 star) to serve you with the warmth welcome to the hotel. The staff is very polite & helpful during my late check-in. The room and toilet is very clean. All and all, I'm very satisfied with Al-Waha Palace, and glad to stay there for my next visit.
