Location: Great location and close to all the cafes and restaurants

Comfortable Hotel

Location: The location is perfect for the family getaway. All the tourist attraction are nearby
We are welcomed with the fresh juice in our room and it's very rare nowadays to get the hotel (even 5 star) to serve you with the warmth welcome to the hotel. The staff is very polite & helpful during my late check-in. The room and toilet is very clean. All and all, I'm very satisfied with Al-Waha Palace, and glad to stay there for my next visit.

5 star service in a four star hotel but they should have better insulation in the reception it was really cold due to the front door being open most of the evening Really impressed with the service very quick service level was above expectation

all good except breakfast which does not look fresh (too much diversity for the avaialble number of customers leads to wastes or reuse)
