Nice, clean rooms, but kinda old. Comfortable bed. Fast check in and check out. Friendly staff. Average breakfast buffet. However, the wifi in the room is bad (doesn't connect well) and is not available in the breakfast restaurant. Location is great, but there is no car driveway for drop off and pick up, so it's kinda tough for the cabs to wait by the curbside. Price is average.

I booked a non smoking room and upon arrival I was told there is no availability on the non smoking floor! Checking in took long and eventually I was given a room with no view. i stayed for two nights but the room was not cleaned after on the second day. The carpet was full of stains and burns and looked disgusting. Construction work makes it difficult to exit and enter by car (One lane only). My last comment is to Hotels.come. After completing the booking I was told in the confirmation email that my nights at this property will not be calculated for my reward account. I felt cheated!

Service and value with superb quality
Pleasant surprise to find the Executive Suites quality hotel in all respects, from the courtesy of the checking in, the food services being quality food and (given the time of the coronavirus) great room service . The hotel has nice amenities, I would recommended the hotel for thee reasons and also a good location with Riyadh central district.

I love the spacious rooms and the comfy bed. I don't like that their parking area is not clean and the swimming pool is not ready

Nice hotel with competitive price
The hotel is good and comfy. The location is near by many business locations with competing price. The staff are very helpful and friendly. I recommend staying in this hotel. My visit was during business trip where I needed to rest for 7 hours before my flight and it was quite and great stay.

I liked that the room is very spacious and although the hotel is somewhat old but the furniture is in very good condition. The bed is very comfy and the amenities are great. I did not like that the pool was under maintenance so I couldn't use it. Neither the gym.
