Great Staff

I celebrated with my wife our wedding anniversary here and the staff was very helpful in arranging all the beautiful things to make it a memorable stay .. they even upgraded us!

Not recommended

Rooms are very old, not clean, ac us very loud. Lunch , breakfast and dinner buffet are poor and same food.

Overpriced

Well overpriced! Provided a room near the pool which sounds good, however is not, the room needs total renovation, ugly

Business oriented hotel

Pros: Hotel staff are excellent.
Cons: Menus in restaurants are all identical with room service menu. Buffets are identical every day. Some variety might be nice.
Location: Central but difficult to reach due to road blocks, check point, and ad hoc one way systems not on maps.
This is a landmark hotel in Riyadh near to several ministries and major traffic arteries. Permanent road diversions have left it difficult to reach and it is cut off from transport and local amenities. There is nothing within walking distance. Food is five to ten times the price outside the hotel. Furnishings in some rooms need updating. Service is excellent. Very business oriented. Not suitable for families or travelers with children. If your company puts you here, don't complain. Otherwise, there are alternatives.

extremely bad hotel

If you have a person that you do not like, book this hotel for her or him that you do not like. Air condition do not work Management do not exist The drain is very BAD! Carpeting smell very bad Extremely bad Ethernet service I have an ambassador elite status with hotel , imagine if I was nobody !!!! Just book this hotel and you will see more bad thinks...
