Location location location

This hotel is in the middle of everything. Around 7 min walking to the kingdom center . Restaurants , coffee shops , and more all around . But this hotel is a 4 star hotel . It deserves your money overall.

Dirty toilet seat and shower curtain...

The sole redeeming virtue of the hotel is the proximity to the Four Seasons if you have meetings there (as I did). It is literally five minutes walk. I am afraid the room was not maintained to standards I would expect. Yellow stains on the lower side of the toilet seat and curtain. Unforgivable for an international chain. If I can, I will avoid staying there on future visits to Riyadh

cleanliness at its lower level, not helpful staff at the entrance, smelly room..just a terrible experience..

Good hotel

Stayed for one day. Did not try all facilities.Staff are friendly and helpful. Conference room is good. Breakfast and WiFi are also good. In general, it is a quite good hotel.
