very bad staff

Pros: location
Cons: improve communication with customer
but me in a deferent type of room and not what I book.

Don't stay there

Hotel is in a remote area, rooms are stuffy and sheets & pillows smell like cigarettes. Bathroom was dirty. Food is below average. Don't stay there if you don't have to.

Not near the center!

Not a 5 stars hotel

The hotel doesn't deserve 5 stars rate. The highest that could reach is 4 stars. Also there was a lot of noise from the next room that we could hear it, and it was so loud.

At the time of my stay it looked like the whole city is undergoing major refit, there are roadworks everywhere, even on the road facing hotel but they were not heard and nights were quiet. The hotel is solid 5-star, haven't tried restaurant and gym but rooms are large, well cooled and well cleaned albeit cleaning of some details need to be improved like around light switches. Free wifi access is given at time of check in, mains adapter was also in the room. Free bottled water every day, breakfast is good standard international food, security guard at the hotel front during workday only. The hotel is in old town (city south) so if Your office is in the city northern part, then Uber ride is ubercheap.
