It was dirty and uncomfortable. Walls needed repairs, carpets smelled and the hall way smell was just awful.

I am staying really often in hotels, never bevor had a hotel bad like this, Dirt everywhere...

This place was a dive, toilet had a ciggerette and old toilet paper stuck to the inside of the commode... smh heater did NOT work, they had old REAR projection TV's. Yes it a "inexpensive" but next time i'm spending a few more bucks to stay at a super 8 or somewhere. I took a pic of the toilet and showed the foreign speaking mgr/clerk and all he said was sorry. NO refund or anything. Yes, your hotel is one big "sorry". Wish i could at least get a credit towards another stay somewhere else off hotels.com

The continental breakfast coinsisted of a coffee maker and that's it. They did have an OJ/Apple juice machine but it was out of order. Do not expect your bed to be made up when you leave and the elevator looks like it's from a bad horror movie. The guy at the front desk was nice and very helpful but the place is so run down that I wouldn't stay there again. It's a shame, I like to support the mom and pop places but this place needs so much work that I just didn't feel comfortable or even safe there. To their credit they did have a work crew there throughout my stay so maybe they are doing some of the repairs they need.

Gross, don't stay here!

It was awful. I didn't expect the Carlton, obviously, but I expected it to at least be clean. A towel in a made bed, dirt on the bathroom floor and in the tub, some sort of almost clear substance on the side of the tub, and the hot water smelled like a furnace that hadn't been used for a while. The elevators were smelly and old, and the place just looked shady.

Horrible hotel, dirty everything

The hotel is horrible, but it is cheap. I had to change rooms 3 time the first night of check-in. The heater wasn't working properly, no remote for tv, someone tried to break in my van, kitchen dirty, and etc

Sleeping in my car would have been better

Started off by getting there and being told they didn't have my reservation. They wanted me to cancel my online reservation and do a new one there, even though it was past the cancel time and would have been double charged. Finally got him to look at my reservation and was like ohh I see yours. Then get into elevator and was struck by what felt like lake of maintenance got to my room and had to push my door open because it was swollen shut. After having to force the door back shut I get in to find the 's all estate half pillows I have ever seen and really thin covers. I go to turn on the heat because it is cold and after getting situated I realize the room is colder, after I work with it for an hour I realize the heater is broken. After how long it took to get him to acknowledge my reservation and how late it was at this point I just bundled up like I was going to go outside and went to bed. Worst experience at a hotel ever.

Stay away

I just needed a place to sleep, while out looking for a place to rent. The only thing this place is good for is a place to sleep if you have an early flight out of the airport. The elevators banged every time the door opened and were very dirty and the numbers don't match the floors.

Good price but not great value.

Pros: Low price. Easy access to interstate highway.
Cons: Complete reno.
Location: No conent. It was a quick overnighter.
Hotel well past it's prime. Cleanliness not up to our standard. We passed on the breakfast.
