Pros: Breakfast offering was plentiful. Coffee could have been better quality.
Cons: There was a smell in the room, something like a hint of propane. Coffee could be better (stronger).
Location: Closest hotel to New Castle and environs.
Picked this hotel to visit a relative in New Castle. Stayed 2 nights.

Outstanding staff

Loved the time there (5days). Clean, very clean, staff went out of there way day and nite. Needed or wanted something, without hesitation they took care of it ( with a smile). nice pool and easy parking. Definitely stay there next trip to the area.

Visit to Roanoke College was successful! Great hotel, plenty of room. The free breakfast helped us all get a good start to our day in Samem, VA.

Great hotel for our family's one night stay

Pros: The wi-fi and breakfast buffet, and it is extremely quiet.
Location: Nice location- right off of 81
My family (wife and 2 children) stayed here on our way from New York to Florida for a one night stay. Gina at the reception desk greeted us, and was very friendly and knowledgeable about the hotel. It was a very comforting experience after a long day on the road. We all got a good night sleep: the hotel is very quiet, clean and modern and includes free wi-fi (works great) and a beautiful flat screen tv with awesome channels. The breakfast buffet was excellent and free! We filled up on eggs, sausage, biscuits and pancakes. I highly recommend this to anyone who is thinking about making a reservation.

We only stayed one night but it was great!

Pros: Very quiet.
Cons: Nothing.
Location: The location is very convenient - right off of I-81.
We had a king room on the third floor, and it was quiet even though we saw lots of people (including boisterous children) in the halls. We never heard a thing once we were in our room. Nice bed, everything was clean and worked properly, couldn't ask for more.

Beautiful Room Bathroom was immaculate! Beautiful

Cons: decrease noise
Beautiful Room and Breakfast Area. Wonderful Staff, Check-In and Breakfast. Fresh Baked Chocolate Chip Cookies and Milk on arrival. We felt Special. The reason I did not give Overall rating Excellent was the Room was loud--could hear someone snoring in the next room, loud children and TV, Wah--decided it may have been because we were on the first floor.
