Wonderful Surprise

Gabriella and Angelique gave THE best customer service. We've been traveling for three weeks and this was the best stop. What a pleasant surprise!

Pros: Nice staff. Clean. Rooms felt fresh.
Cons: Nothing.
Location: Shopping, restaurant chains, airport.
I usually stay at a Hyatt Place when I travel. This was by far the nicest.

Disappointment

Very disappointed. Went down for my daughter's college graduation and booked a 3 night stay. Left the room on Friday morning at 6:30am for early graduation ceremonies and did not return till 11:00pm. When we returned our room was not cleaned and still had the wet towels we had left. Some one had come in to shut off the air conditioner and left the room very warm. At the time, I spoke to the front desk and night manager. The next morning, I spoke to the weekend manager and when we left we spoke to another manager. Each person promised to take care of the situation and follow up, each person claimed that this was the first time they were hearing this. There was no communication between staff members and no reimbursement for my inconvenience.
