I’ve been using this property as my halfway between to visit my children in North Carolina, have not been disappointed at all. Only one thing I wish is that the circulation from the fan would be on before you get in the room because it’s definitely stagnant when you get to your room, but once I turn the air conditioner/heat Fan on the air clears up a lot. I know they can’t help that, but that would be my only improvement.

I liked everything about this hotel. It was clean and quiet, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was very good. The only negative aspect was the water pressure in the shower. It was very hard to rinse off due to the low flow and low water pressure. All in all, would recommend staying here.

I was pretty disappointed in our stay here. Within 2 minutes of walking in the room, I found at least ten stink bugs. The coffee table had a golf ball sized hole in the top and lots of surface damage. We also found items from previous guests. We booked a suite room, and I was disappointed because in the pictures, it looked like there was a door to separate the rooms, but there wasn’t. We could also hear a tv from a different room. I would not recommend and would not stay here again.

Front staff, especially the woman with red hair, is the BEST. 10/10 FOR HER. Always friendly and obliging. Breakfast is yummy - love the biscuit & gravy option. Pool is fun and clean. ONLY ISSUE was people above us were probably feral hyenas, or toddlers - same same haha - and they made SO MUCH NOISE at 5am.

Abysmal stay . Will never stay again.
Very disappointing stay . We arrived at night after an eight hour drive . The room we booked was a double queen bed with mini fridge . The room had an atrociously horrible odor . The night shift manager switched us to another room with 1 king bed without a mini fridge ( which we needed ) . The smell was not AS bad but still old musty stench. We had to buy frebeeze air freshener to be able to stay in the room . We had to spray the frebreeze anytime we went out and back into the room . We had a dog with us and we were not happy having re-spray the room several times . Also we utilized the pool one night and the floors outside (hallway and part of lobby in front of the elevator) were mopped and there was no wet floor sign to alert us . My wife and I slid around in the floor trying to get our footing . I have balance issues and Was worried about falling down and my wife almost fell . Overall the stay was abysmal compared to all our other hotel stays . We will not return to this hotel for another stay . We were offered use of the hotel fridge by the night shift manager but I will not utilize a fridge outside my room for medications or food/drink items . That is not a secure fridge to me therefore not a viable option. No other options were offered to us and upon checking out the manager was unaware of the issues we had dealt with , therefore, none of the issues were conveyed to any team member to be rectified.

What a phenomenal staff member. He is a absolutely sweet heart! The most caring friendly host I've ever met in my years of staying in hotels. My room was clean, beautiful, and had everything I needed. And the bed and bedding was very comfortable. I'll definitely be staying there again on my travels.

Clean room and decent stay
The hotel and room are very clean, which is my most important need. I would say that the structure is not well built, as you can hear your neighbors and people walking in the room above. The heater was loud, and the cleaning staff sprayed too much perfume in the room prior to our arrival. I would stay again, but think these are important details one should be aware of.

Ac/heat unit rattles all night long. Moved rooms and second room same thing. Got up to take shower and water was ice cold. Went to front desk to be told you have to jiggle handle. Tried it and still nothing. Left with very little rest and no shower.
