Disappointing ... not worth the value spent for Hilton Garden Inn... needs to be upgraded.

Clean hotel for a short stop

Nice staff and clean hotel. Just what you need when you stop. The hotel is under renovations would expect a notice about it or some sort of gesture like free breakfast.

unhappy i did not get a reciept from the hotel because the room was reserved thru expedia. will not do that again i still do not have a reciept

Location: Hilton Garden Inn 111 Carolina crossroads pkwy Roanoke rapids NC
I traveled 10 hours and booked this room a month ago. When I went to check in after traveling all day with kids they said they did not have our confirmation . I had printed up everything Expedia gave me and showed them but it was not good enough . So we had To go out at night and look for a room after all the effort I put in to finding a place.

Nice hotel in the middle of nowhere.

Pros: I liked the hotel for the above reasons.
Very nice hotel isolated from much of anything but close to shopping and restaurants. Easy on and off from 95, with nice amenities. Breakfast was not free but a pretty good value fo the added convenience of eating right there. The staff were okay but seemed confused for some reason.

Best hotel in the city hands down. Will stay there every time I visit my family. Love the staff.

We had a great experience! The staff was great! Dinner was delicious! We loved staying at the Hilton in North Carolina!

Great I-95 hotel

great hotel for I-95 travelers heading to florida from the northeast. Easy on and off. Next exit has plenty of places to eat. Stayed there on way down and on way back and plan on continuing to do so on my yearly drive to Florida. Rooms are large and beds were clean and comfortable

very disappointing The room was cold. Had to put heat up to 79 and requested extra blanket. Bedding was poor. Did not fit bed well. At 3am, dogs were barking outside in front of hotel for 15 minutes. We could hear adults talking and walking the dogs at that time. We stay at this hotel every year on route to Florida. Not sure about next year at this hotel.
