"RThe room was simply filthy, from the front door all the way to the bathroom, and gave off a foul odor; you’d have to be pretty brave to take a shower in a bathroom like that. The laundry room was downright disgusting: a veritable breeding ground for bacteria. The photos on the website don’t match reality; everything is dirty and the atmosphere is unpleasant... In short, avoid this place at all costs. )"

"Booked this hotel after immediately canceling our 3 night stay at Mainstays Cedar Bluff and it was night and day. Place was much cleaner and the staff was very accommodating to us extending an additional night. The hotel room was quiet and the breakfast was delicious with a healthy amount of selections. Only small gripe we had was the firmness of the mattress but that's only because we are side sleepers. Lovely hotel otherwise!"

"Hotel is great location to many things. It’s very clean and the rooms are very spacious and comfortable with plenty of room to spread out if staying several days. Breakfast each am is plentiful, hot and providing a large, clean seating area. The entire staff was welcoming and help. "

"The rooms are clean, bed comfortable, and it’s quiet - slept very well. The room we had 424- needed a bit of freshening and the bathroom door stuck on the floor so it would not open or shut all the way. The tub ran slowly - probably needs a little attention. One gripe I do have is there are NO towel bars at all in the bathroom. Why? There is plenty of unused wall space - good thing I brought my own!"
