The property has dated n scarred furniture in the rooms. Rusty tubs, broken toilet seats and dingy towels. Room keys were not issued upon arrival . The desk person opened our door with a key. After we went out n came back hours later, the door key pass I was given still did not work. ☹️

This place is run down not clean at all wallpaper peeling and I could go on 1st room the lock didn't so he tried to change batteries and still didn't work but he says I'm here all night I'll let you back in your I stated I'm old enough to and please, ask for another room it had coffee pot but door still didn't work,3rd room run down to tried to travel anymore

Room was dirty, mattress uncomfortable, furniture falling apart. The microwave was filthy and didn’t have a bottom. I found a half full sippy cup under the bed. Did I mention the big hole in the wall, the chair was positioned trying to hide it. I will not stay at the place again even if they gave me a free room. The breakfast was terrible also couldn’t eat it. Coffee tasted awful.

Front desk worker service was great but, couldn’t make up for the run down building. Looked at four different rooms and none were up to par. Mattress had a big reddish brown color plus, wore out. Exposed repair work from cheap labor that was half done and not painted. Found some type of bug on the ceiling and on the bed. If you are looking at the pictures online don’t be fooled, not even close. Last, I got a refund but, I wouldn’t have stayed there for free.

Horrible!!! Hotel had a line of guest that have been waiting for hours. Because of numerous of problems. No rooms ready, not able to check in guest because of no internet, key card making not working, credit card machine not working, guests at the desk complaining about roaches and etc. Do I need to go on? It was a total disaster!! Never got a room after waiting until 12:00am. We just gave up. I will absolutely never book a room here again. And honestly probably not on hotels.com again. Worst travel experience of my life!!! And the kicker was it was New Years!!

Don't stay here you will regret it....
They came right on in our room in the middle of the night. This place is nasty dirty. Hope you read the reviews cause I didn't and I'm sorry I didn't. We went through 5 rooms before we finally got one. The first one the toilet didn't work and roaches floating in it and the doors didn't even lock and it smelled really bad in that room. The 5th one was not much better. Black mold in the frig and in the wall unit. You can see it growing out of it that's how bad it is. If you stay here have fun it's the worst hotel experience I've ever had. We came back from being at the casino and they tried to give our room to another guest. Good thing we didn't leave anything in the room cause they came and opened our door and left it open and tried cleaning it for another guest. Never will I ever go back.

Not 'Americas Best Value'. Cant recommend.
Bed was comfortable and motel was quiet. The property was in disrepair with wallpaper peeling in the bathroom, and badly stained dirty carpet in the room. Would probably not stay here again. Staff is nice enough but no money is being spent on upkeep of this Indian owned motel. One ice machine works in the whole place, office chair in our room had the wheels removed. Walls were dingy and dirty.

Not a good stay for me
Not a good one. Heat did not work in the room. Got table top heater from the front desk. Initially there was no tv in the room. Got a new android tv but no cable was attached so no cable tv. Had to sign up to view Vudu free channels. Bed looked as if some one had laid on it. No microwave in room.

With effort this place could be nice
This hotel was obviously once a nice place but, like the entire area, is now in decline. We were checked in cordially and given a room that allowed us to park right outside our door, which was a kindness. The desk clerk also got additional towels for us--towels were plush fresh. Our room was adequate although the wifi was substandard, the pillows were inadequate and the room needed general sprucing up. On the plus side, the beds were comfortable, the bathroom was spacious and there was a fridge & microwave. This was an adequate place to stay but not so much that we'd want to return.

Lobby area. There may have been a breakfast available but we didn't check it out.

Absolutely horrible stay.
Possibly the worst hotel experience I have ever had. To begin I called the hotel on a Tuesday morning to see if it was possible to check in early and drop my stuff in the room. The girl who I spoke with said that the earliest I could check in was 1:00 and that would incur a $30 fee. No Once I was able to get back to the property around 11PM I was given a room. I went to my room and found that the tub had a constant drip and was half full of water. I returned to the desk and explained the issue. I was moved to another room at the other end of the hall. I went into that room and found the 3 pillows set as you would if you were watching TV and the TV was on. Obviously someone was in the room. I was tired so I just went with it not wanting to have to move again. In the morning I woke up and went to take a shower and found long hairs on the side of the shower. Also, there was no comforter on the bed so I had only a sheet and a small undersized blanket for night 1. They cleaned the room that next day and provided the comforter so things were better for a day or two. After being there for 3 nights I stopped at the desk and asked if housekeeping could change out the towels and make the bed. I was assured they would but upon returning that night nothing had been done. Next day again nothing done. Upon checking out on my last morning I was asked how my stay was. I told the man at the desk my list of issues. He said they would do better next time. No way ever

The bed was broken and on the floor, with no sheets on it, plus it was very uncomfortable. The plug was not working in the bathroom, the staff just gave excuses. There were bed bugs and tiny roaches in room. The room was nasty. You can hardly ever get anyone to answer the phone or at the desk! And forget breakfast! It non existent but if it was I’d be afraid to eat it!!

Stayed here one night passing through on a trip. The bed was hard and did not have a top sheet. Just a blanket and fitted sheet. Sink was filthy and stained. It looks like housekeeping does the bare minimum and doesn’t really do a thorough cleaning. The bathroom floor needed mopping and the carpet needed a good vacuuming behind the night stands. Other than it’s convenience and the price, I have nothing positive to say about the room

The room and entire hotel was not clean. There were broken items in the room that were simple fixes if any employees cared at all. In my room (239) the toilet seat was missing a screw on 1 side, there was a broken lampshade, the microwave was dirty and missing the cooking plate, the phone was broken,the room was in desperate need of cleaning/vacuuming. The coffee machine was 'out of service' for my entire stay. The continental breakfast was terrible! No Coffee! Mediocre choices of cereal.

I switched rooms two times because of roaches everywhere in the motel the linens were nasty. There's no good words to say about this Motel it needs to be condemned very very nasty. If I could give it a -10 zero I would never will I ever stay there again, and I hope the word gets out so people don't waste their money to stay in a place like this.

The facility is very run down, filthy, old decor, broken and missing pieces. The room smelled musty, had stains on the carpet, dirt and old popcorn behind the nightstand, missing the card reader on the door that exits to the pool, broken towel rack, exposed screws from missing corner protector, shower head was a handheld and was wedged between the handrail in the tub.

Didn’t even go in. The place is ran down with stuff laying around the outside. So bad they have. Police officer in the entrance and there were only three rough looking customers that were in view.

My family stayed in Americas Best Value Inn in Robinsonville, MS Booked the room around 8pm on the 1st...we arrived after 2am. They told me the reservation was not in the system(I use to work for Aloft...i received my confirmation email immediately after booking). We asked for 2 rooms connected or across the hall from each other. We got neither. I do NOT think the rooms are properly maintained based on my mother's room. Spiders, nasty refrigerator, nasty sink, poorly maintained shower heads. The AC units had "funny" smells coming from them and were poorly maintained.
