I was supposed to be in a non smoking room but it reeked of smoke and had burn marks all over the tub. We had to put the bags in trash cans and the tissue box was empty. I have had better from Wyndham.

Morning staff was very helpful. Security staff was known and felt safe. Nice atmosphere. Toilet seat was loose for which I did let staff know. Wish pool was open later then 8:00 PM

This was the worst property I have ever stayed at in my entire life of 65 years. I first noticed the TV didn’t work, the mattress was horrible, no wi-fi, and when I woke up in the morning there were Deputy Sheriffs in the parking lot taking police reports as numerous cars (I saw at least ten but there were undoubtedly more) had their windows smashed and their contents stolen. Later that day when I returned to the room I was shocked when a mouse went scurrying across the room. I immediately went to the front desk to ask for a room change and the very rude clerk demanded that I better have a very compelling reason. When I started with the TV problem she rudely cut me off and said “We don’t move people who are experiencing a TV problem.” I then said if you hadn’t interrupted me earlier I would have mentioned there is a mouse in my room. Then without the slightest concern for the guest she angrily processed two keys for a different room all without saying a single word let alone any contrition. When I moved into the new room I discovered this TV didn’t work either (it would play for around 20 minutes and then just go to a black screen with no sound for a few minutes, once after 10 minutes of nothing I just gave up and turned it off) which explains why they wouldn’t let a guest move rooms as the obvious conclusion is none of the TVs worked. There are very few things in life that shock or surprise me but this horrible, horrible experience was so bad I checked out 16 hours early.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Events and give a ways were a plus and they have wonderful food options. The rooms revealed a lack of care. Beds were hard, pillows few and in our room, toilet was not bolted securely to the floor.

The room was nice however there was a countless host of ladybugs literally everywhere. There was no frig or microwave in the room. Hotel staff wasn’t really friendly and professional. The second floor was quite noisy and is not ideal if you’re a light sleeper.

The cigarette smoke was so strong that many in our party had a hard time staying both nights. The rooms smelled as bad as the casino. All 6 floors of rooms were severely affected. We had to shower and wash our clothes when we got home and our lungs hurt for days. I’ve never had that before. Customer service was good. No complaints about that.

Everything about this property was nice until around 1am Sunday morning. I was laying in the bed watching tv when I seen something move and I looked and it was a mice. My boyfriend scared it back into its little hole and we put a towel in the hole. The room and staff was nice but that’s the only problem I had with the property.

I had reserved a room with a king sized bed. I am 6'2" tall. When i got to my room it was a double full size bed room. We went back to the front desk but was told they had no kings available. The man at the desk was no help and we voiced our disapproval. We went back to the room and got a call from another employee who did find a king bed. Was very frustrating. Other than that the stay was fine. Some of the staff were unprofessional.

Fairly Priced, But depressing for a Wyndham locati
Was told upon arrival to take off our hats, although it was 15 degrees outside. Then was told its ok to wear our hats. The hotel room only 3 pillows, although it was booked for 2 adults. The TV had horrible reception and the basic internet was extremely slow.

Room could have been cleaner. Feces handprint on bathroom door and dried urine around base of toliet. Do NOT eat the buffet, food is old and cold. Check in was not pleasant a very long experience.

Adults only hotel with 8pm pool closing= 0 sense
Hotel was better than expected. Bed was actually very comfortable. This is an adults only hotel, and yet they closed the pool area at 8pm. This just doesn’t make much sense and we were extremely disappointed.

Housekeepers were not warm in presents or on timely schedule everyday @ door. Some days were missed. Other than this the front concierge were nice warm and helpful. The property is well kept and plenty of parking

Overall, it was a casino and hotel, so there was not anything to "like", as the review question asked. As for the "not liked" question, the room reminded me of a cheap motel on a decent day. It was small, and dirty. The bathroom had shown its age from the humidity and bad repair work. I requested an accessible room (which I had the hopes would be more clean), since medical issues (dialysis) requires it. The showers had hair (human) all within it, and like I had mentioned before, and since it was tiled all over, was mold laden and overall poorly maintained. The bed seemed to have clean sheets on it, and other than being an old mattress (could tell by all the lumps) it was sufficient. I do not frequent this area much, so aside from my review, that's all that I plan to trouble myself with. I will not return to this site.
