Needs some attention to cleaning

Pros: quiet and a great view from the 31st floor.
Cons: cleanliness of the bathroom floor
Location: Go see a show next door at the Horseshoe - Bluesville. A nice small venue to see a musical performance. Folding chairs need to be replaced.
The bathroom floor needed to be cleaned where someone (probably the previous guest) had missed their aim and hit the floor. It smelled of urine initially which is why we looked more closely at where the source of the smell might be coming from. Otherwise, a good stay, really comfy beds and quiet. Just some attention to cleaning and that's really all it needs.

Great valet service, very professional and friendly front desk staff.The buffet was delicious !!!! The entire staff took great pride in being friendly to you no matter where they saw you in the hotel or casino.

Elevator Noise

Pros: Clean and easy to get around
Cons: Just the noise from the elevator.
Location: Went to eat at the Blue and White Diner in Tunica and the Hollywood Café in Robinsonville-interesting and historical restaurants. Memphis is close.
At night when we were trying to sleep there was a lot of loud mechanical noise from the elevator. Our room was 6 rooms down the hall from the elevator. The noise seemed to be coming through a vent.

Cleanliness an issue.

Pros: Same location as show. Overall not bad, but cleanliness could have been better.
Cons: Cleaning of rooms. Had tray in room from having pizza the night before was still there after room serviced, room not vacuumed daily, etc.
Location: Brooksville, Mississippi, very limited area. In order to keep from feeling "trapped," service and amenities should be top notch.
Rooms not vacuumed/cleaned daily. Some staff quite lethargic. Amenities adequate, but one restaurant closed for large portion of week, thus reducing choices.

I enjoyed my stay. I only had problems with the mosquitoes in the casino. Too many of them..

It was OK

Pros: when I checked in the gal at the counter was so GREAT! she told me everything I needed to know and very pleasant. Forgot her name.
Cons: speed up housekeeping....Customer service is huge....Valet parking for hotel guests
Location: I did golf at National
was favorable. was a bit disappointed when I came back from golf game Saturday, that my room had not been attended to. This was like 330pm. I went down the hall to get a fresh towel, showered and left again. I took a road trip, and when I returned at 730pm, no valet parking was available. Had to walk a long way back as parking lot was pretty full too. I ate at all locations and enjoyed the food. Service attitudes at the breakfast café could use some attention. Not very welcoming. Overall, it was OK.
