They were doing a remodel, carpet in hallway torn up, etc. which made a 1inch difference to tile. Easy to trip on? I was in a handicap room, which was great, but it was next to outside doors, which was very noisy until midnight, and then about 12:30 some woman brought in a barking dog, she had not paid for. So I did not get to sleep until after 1am.

We stayed in the scarlet O’Hara suite and it was great! We loved the spacious room, separate living room, and the jacuzzi in the room was a nice area to relax

It was great. Our room was newly renovated. The beds were comfy. The breakfast was better than expected. They serve coffee 24/7.

Very friendly staff. Wasn't expecting smoking room availability. Currently doing some remodeling or upgrades. Very courteous and saved work till decent hours like 10 am and ended pretty early so was not a bother. Beautiful lobby.

Overall it was a good experience. We only stayed one night. The heater was set at 90 when we entered the room and it was a bit of an unnecessary choir to get the temp adjusted. Hair dryer did not work and the commode was wobbly.

Typical budget hotel
Considering the fact the hotel is a budget hotel, I don't really have anything bad to say. My expectations were low and I was not surprised with what I ended up with. The room was clean and comfortable and breakfast was good.

The property looks like it used to be really nice but has now become dated and run down. I asked for a non-smoking room but when I got there, it still smelled like smoke and they were cigarette burns from in the bed spreads. I found a tack on the floor and a piece of broken glass in my bed. It wasn't very large but it was large enough to nick me.
My biggest issue by far though was the service, the front desk check in lady was extremely rude. She was sitting down with her back facing me talking to another customer that she seemed to know and there was a sign on the front desk saying "call 198 from this phone if you need service because I am away". I didn't realize that was her talking so I called 198 and she comes over very angrily saying I am right here. She then refused to make eye contact with me, only spoke in short curt sentences and would only give one word answers if I asked her a question. Then handed me my keys and before I even stepped away from the desk,walked off and went back to loudly chatting with the guy there. Extremely unpleasant.

The room was dirty. Someone had spewed a soda all over the front of the bathroom door and it hadn't been cleaned. The TV didnt work. The room next door had their TV on loud all night long. We will NOT stay there ever again. STAY AWAY!!!!

The only issue is always the WiFi here. It isn’t sufficient for the hotel as you can barely pull up a webpage when connected. This has been a consistent issue the multiple times we have stayed and is close to being a deal breaker for us as when we get away we want yo be able to relax and use the internet in our room.

We are currently in the process of updating our Wi-Fi system to increase coverage and higher demand. We hope that by your next visit with us all upgrades will be completed. The property is decent and the hotel is undergoing carpet replacement, which it needs. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The bed was on the firm side. There aren't many restaurants that deliver there, so get food before you get there. The foyer is neat and seems like a nice place to sit. The breakfast tables are underneath the stairs, but it would be nice if they moved them towards the front of the foyer.
Please don't smoke in the nonsmoking rooms. They had to move us after we walked into a blast of cigarette smell in the first room.
