I like the fact this property has a few smoking rooms. I didn't get one but that's something that you can't find very often. Coffee was great, breakfast was good. No protein like eggs or bacon, but has waffles and cereal. Room was huge. Bed was comfortable.

For a budget hotel, this Super 8 exceeded my expectations. Very clean, extensive (included) breakfast, comfy bed and friendly staff stand out. The only issue was that one can't explore the area (to get a bite, for example) without a car because it's so pedestrian-unfriendly. Great for a one-night stay to get off the adjacent interstate.

I stayed here due to inclement weather that would lead to unsafe driving conditions. The staff was limited due to people not being able to come into work. The owners of the property were cleaning rooms of those that checked out. I did my part by taking my own trash out and not asking for cleaning services. The limited staff there were always kind and helpful. You wouldn’t have known they were just trying to keep things going. Very impressed by their professionalism and dedication. Will stay there again.

Had an issue with staff taking items from my room while I was out and then they charged me an extra $150, claiming I smoked in my room. I am a smoker, but did so outside. Cameras on the building can confirm I was outside smoking.

Room was not bad at first glance. Seemed clean. Didnt smell to bad and was relatively quiet besides the dogs barking in the room next to us. Because my husband is a smoker I have found that your standards must be lowered in order to get a room that will accommodate his habit. With that said, I have never seen more burn holes in the sheets and blankets than I have in this room. Swiss cheese has fewer holes. But, and there is always a but... The deal breaker came at 3:30 in the morning when my husband got up and the roaches came out to play. I never saw them as I packed everything as fast as I could and ran out like my hair was was on fire. Gross, Gross, Gross. I would definitely NOT Recommend this hotel unless your ok with the 3 am roach party.

We wanted a pet friendly hotel. That’s why we chose Super 8-wish they didn’t have an additional non refundable $20 pet fee. Anyway a good overnight experience.

Easy access off I-55, plenty parking, cleanliness of property and rooms, friendly staff, breakfast was adequate, fantastic shower. Nearby Kroger with wider selection than Walmart and restaurants. Only suggestion is bathroom good use more lighting. Would highly recommend.

Tedious check out
I understand charging a $50 fee for incidentals, in order to get your $50 returned, you have to stop at thee desk to checkout and then staff go to your room to make sure nothing is missing like towels or whatever. You have my card, you can have house keeping tell you if anything is missing. Good thing we checked out early so we didn’t have to wait forever behind everyone else. Good thing there wasn’t a sports team checking at the same time. This is the first Wyndam hotel I have had this procedure instituted.
