The staff was wonderful, check in smooth and the best chocolate chip cookies we’ve had in a long time were delivered to our room. The staff is not present all nite but you are provided with an emergency number. Free parking and blocks from historic landmarks. Breakfast is complimentary and different every day. ”

“The room was clean and comfortable. They provided water bottles and coffee/tea in the room, along with Dove shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap and lotion. Loved all that! The pool is at the Crowne Plaza, which is just a short walk from the hotel. We slept well and were comfortable.”

“Liked adequate handicapped parking, helpful check in associate, grab bars in tub/shower, spacious room, plenty of AC outlets, room to open suitcases, fridge & microwave in room. Dislike lack of any really good water pressure and slippery tub flooring (was later informed at check out that I could have requested a floor mat, which they have a limited number of), and, I disliked noisy neighbors (and their walls are thin). When I called the front desk to tell them about this, the noise continued……
