Rude Desk Staff

When we checked in, the desk guy complained bitterly about having to use Expedia .. said it was the worst of the online booking sites and so inconvenient for the hotel staff. I told him we'd continue to use Expedia but we wouldn't stay in that hotel again.
Otherwise, the room was all right, clean enough, quiet enough but hard to reach because of highway construction (not hotel's fault) . ..
I don;t require much but a little common courtesy would be appreciated and deson;t seem like too great a demand.
