Very nice hotel

Pros: Staff
Location: It was near Eastman School of Music, University of Rochester.
Check in was super fast with very friendly staff. The room was super clean and very comfortable.

Reasonably convenient to airport

Pros: Close to airport and clean
We used the Best Western for an overnight stay to catch an early morning flight from Rochester. Staff was pleasant, check in fast. Facilities and room seem well maintained and cleam

Awesome staff. Hotel was good a few hiccups, but nothing to say stay away. Breakfast was good.
