Clean hotel close to the airportPosted Sep 29, 2015
Clean hotel! Staff was great at check-in. I had no special needs come up so I can't talk about that, but help with my car and shuttle to the airport at 4am was great. I have told a few people how nice and convient it was. I would stay again if the need arises ?

Nice hotel, loud airplane noisePosted Sep 15, 2015
Pros: Cleanliness, ease of access to the airport, friendly staff, breakfast available early (4am!!)
Cons: Increased sound deadening to squelch the airplane noise
Location: Close to the airport. Plenty of local food/drink options
The hotel itself was nice, however the airplane noise was very loud and extended until quite late at night/early morning. It might have just been that side of the building that I was on, but it was certainly less than ideal.

Comfortable stay, handy location.Posted Sep 9, 2015
This is a great hotel for those who want a moderately priced, no frills stay while in town for an event. It is handy to downtown, Sahlen's stadium and the University. The staff was very accommodating, the room was clean, the bed very comfortable and the noise level was surprisingly low considering the airport is next door. The complimentary breakfast was fairly typical but offered a good selection of choices and was well kept up as to cleanliness and stocking of food and drinks.

Convenient locationPosted Sep 8, 2015
The room was small and had many sharp corners on sink, furniture, etc. It was a little shabby around the edges-- needing paint, caulk. But it was very clean. Staff was pleasant. Location was key for us, so we could overlook the occasional roar of a plane.

CrampedPosted Sep 1, 2015
Pros: Close to airport. Great staff. Good breakfast. Good WiFi
Cons: Redecorate rooms and get more shelf space in the bathrooms
The staff were all very nice. The rooms were clean, but small and crammed full of furnature which only accentuated the feeling of living in a tiny, cluttered space. Plane noise is louder than most airport hotels.

Close to airportPosted Aug 31, 2015
Pros: Close to the airport
Cons: everything looks old, the bathroom always had a drain smell.
Rooms are very small, bathrooms even smaller. continental breakfast was always the same for our 4 day stay.

vacation timePosted Aug 31, 2015
Pros: free shuttle full breakfast with extended hours staff was friendly and helpful
Cons: It would have been nice to have a guide for the TV channels. Since we were out-of-towners, we have to surf channels to find networks we wanted.
Location: Convenient to the airport
Because family flying in from Oregon had late arrival and then a week later having early departure flights, we stayed in this hotel. It was so much more convenient than driving to and from home (75 minutes) with three young children. The suites were large and that extra bed helped with giving the children a place to sleep. The second stay, we were given adjoining rooms with access doors between them. Again this helped keep all of us together. The rooms were comfortable, the shuttle was free, and the breakfast was great with service during convenient hours.

Convenient location at a good price.Posted Aug 18, 2015
Across the street from the Rochester airport but actually quite quiet. No views, no pool but the rooms have been updated and are clean. OK breakfast and great cookies. Good value.

Pleasantly SuprisedPosted Aug 6, 2015
Pros: Staff was very freindly and helpful
Cons: Outside apperance
From the first impression of the hotel from the outside, it was an "Uh oh, what did I book?" moment, as the area surrounding the hotel is very sparse. But the inside was a pleasant suprise - decently decorated and the rooms were better than I expected from the outside apperance, The staff was awesome. Very freindly and helpful. And the location near the airport was nice and made getting back to the airport a breeze, Actually not to far from downtown and Uuniversity of Rochester. While note a 4 star hotel, I would stay here again.
